We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwedenWell I had been travelling for 30 hours, so my first night I really didn't care so much. When I got back from beeing out on the second day I found small roaches in my room and that is always unpleasant. Front desk hooked me up with another room wich meant I had to move all my stuff. Tv was a bit glitchy and the rooms are in need of some simple "taking care of" to get them up to decent standard. Squeeky beds. I know hotels don't really care but if a guest find roaches and have to change room I would advise to issue a partial refund because the place was not very cheap when I stayed there. Issues when I checked in aswell, my booking had gotten cancelled for some strange reason. Can't really blame anyone who was just working there because it is hard to say how they get treated by owners. Owners are responsible for how the place is run.
Well, location was alright and the place could have some real potential with some love.

Room cleaner don’t speak English or spanish. They say breakfast included they give you I paper pack with one apple.one muffin, one biscuits.

United States of AmericaOnly really helpful person on the staff was young lady whose name I believe is Kayla. Room was advertised to have a frig and microwave but none existed. Kayla tried but failed to solve the problem. The TV did not work except for 1 channel. Kayla was told that someone would look at the problem, never did, so she says she spoke to the GM about the problem and moving me to another room, but his reply was no, and he said I can't help him. there was just a cold response and not even an apology for the problem. I would never stay there again and do not recommend this place.

United States of AmericaI didn't like the fact that piece of my wall fell off. The tube looked like it's been there for years. The some of the maids had attitude problems was very nasty. The continental breakfast sucked it was only a muffin and a fruit. I had to keep begging for towels they were always short on it.
The only thing I like was the refrigerator and microwave that was in my room. I was able to store my food and drinks. And when I was ready I can warm up my food. The front desk staff were cool.

United States of AmericaI am very disappointed with the hotel in general. I was expecting so much more for LA QUINTA. I have been staying in most of their hotels, and all are pretty good. This is one was very bad. Trash around, bad odors, clogged shower, doors not working with magnets cards, simple breakfast, and the hotel crew not really good giving you directions on how to get to your rooms. The hotel needs an upgrade asap.

United States of AmericaMany areas in need of repair and the lack of maintenance is obvious in the room I was in. The main lobby was nice but there was only a bag breakfast for the continental breakfast. Sorry but a blueberry muffin and a small apple served in a paper bag is NOT a breakfast.
Room had a lot of damage to the closet door, toilet tank & lid, light switch, bed frame was rickety, etc. This location is in bad need of renovation.
