The bed was a little uncomfortable and the elevator was super slow, may not have been working properly. The restroom light fuse blew everytime we turn on the light and we had to reset it everytime.

The pool needed to be cleaned and some chemicals put in. The pool room smelled bad and you came out of the pool smelling bad also. Yes I still let my kids in and they had a blast.

Trim around bathroom door was rusted, needs replaced. Needs new ice bucket. Lid was cracked and peeling. Stool at front desk was torn and unsightly. Details matter!

I asked the lady at the front desk if there was a washer and dryer, she said yes and informed me where it was located. So we went to our room got our laundry, go to the laundry room and the dryer is out of order. Then when i ask if there is a different washer and dryer, she said we could use a different hotels washer and dryer.

that I kept finding hair on the sheets and towels. also didn’t care that I had to call out to the hotel to get someone to answer the front desk. they wouldn’t answer when I called the operator number. also didn’t care for the bathroom light to keep tripping off. we left for an event, came back and the bathroom light wouldn’t come on. finally got the front desk to answer the phone and she told us how to fix it. had to constantly fix it.

In one of the rooms we rented the air conditioner made noise all night and in the other room we rented the salt conditioner did not work. The handicap slower ran water all over the bathroom floor really not safe and the pull down handicap seat was completely disgusting

the bedding and pillows were awful! none of us were able to get comfortable. the mattresses wouldn’t have been so bad if you gave good pillows but to have a bad mattress and what I might even question as pillows. not good at all.
