We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWe stayed in a handicapped room with a roll in shower due to my wife's handicap (she cannot get into a tub). The bathroom was great for her. The bed was a full bed and there was barely room for both of us. The room was tiny, very tiny, barely room to move around. Might be fine for one person in a wheelchair, but not two full sized people.
Facility was clean. Breakfast was ok.

United States of AmericaWater pressure in the shower was very lacking, nice hot water, but it was the pressure that wasnt great, plus it going in all different directions which it caused to have water all over the place. even with the curtain closed fully. And then the air conditioner was giving off a weird a smell each time it turned on, it was like a very old musty moldy mildew like smell, the smell wasn't terrible when it was off, and i didn't adjust either, it was on auto the whole time. Just only when it came on, and it was very noticeable when coming back into the room after being out of it for so long. I didn't want to really bother the staff, as i only there for 2days, and it was bareable so i dealt with it.
It was a nice hotel, clean, and mostly quiet. Which was nice. Spacious, lighting was decent. And it mostly stayed dark in the room. But with the light on, it was decent brightness, which good. Me and my bf enjoyed it being dark for the most part.

United States of AmericaThere were no guardrails in the bath tub. Also, there was no breakfast. No, eggs, meat. There were two biscuits left, and they were stale. There were very few pieces of bread on the counter. The only things available were waffle mix, cereal, juices, no fruit. I was very disappointed by the breakfast.

We liked the value, rate posted. Then realized entire property is made to look like it’s nice place to stay. Upon checking in you realize it’s not as pleasant. Entrance to rooms you’ll be greeted with huge roof leaking next to elevators,leaking roof actively draining into huge white trash barrels. The elevator out of service, hallway damp and second level hallways also were moldy smelling damp and moldy. Rooms were smelly and smoking smell deeply penetrated in room. carpet and towels not dry enough also damp. If you can look past smell then ok stay.

United States of AmericaThe elevator does not function. Needs to be replaced or serviced. My son and I got stuck riding down from the 4th floor. Luckily the maintenance employee was right outside the elevator doors and he was able to pry open so we could exit. Second, this hotel charged me twice for the $100 deposit they require once you check in. $200 was taken from my credit card. According to the employee she accidentally charged me twice. They have only refunded one of the $100 deposits. I've been waiting days to talk to a supervisor that was going to call me and resolve this issue. I have my bank statements that clearly show that I was charged twice. This meant nothing to them and they have not been helpful in resolving the issue of my second refund. $100 is not petty change. The policy clearly states no smoking hotel. But the hotel smells of weed and cigarette smoke as you walk the hallways.
Morning coffee was great. The location is very convenient.
