The hotel includes free breakfast but there was no breakfast available no fruits. It was a bummer since with the weather I expected to eat something instead of having to go out.

Our door broke, maintenance did fix it. Gave us an extra hour to check out but after 12:00pm two staff members stood at our door from then until 12:14pm and knocked 3 times within that time period. After that they got very verbally aggressive with us stating we have to leave because they already gave us an extra hour but the hotel was literally empty. So we just left. Also they have drinks to purchase but the refrigerator they have for drinks to purchase was 3/4 empty and no water was available you had to go to the gas station for that.

Elevator was out of service and the first room I was put in had a broken heater. The fire alarm was also hanging from the ceiling covered with a plastic bag. When I called the desk, I was given a new room with no issues, so the staff was very cooperative and helpful. But it seems this hotel is in need of some updates. Otherwise, it was great.

Quick and easy check in process. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very close to my event at the Wyndham and food options. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff were not very friendly when they were asked for the basic items a bar of soap or a towel. Room didn't have an ironing board or iron and I had to go to the service desk twice to request those for my room.

the stay was okay room was decent it was clean for the most part, some stains were on the comforter and the refrigerator was not clean. Breakfast was just coffee, banana's and waffles, no other food items.

I was told that I did not have a reservation when I first checked in with the front desk at around 3 am following a delayed flight. I got the last available room which had been cleaned after the previous guest but not restocked.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful despite the late check in.

The hallway didn't smell great on our floor when I checked in. My daughter said she thought it smelled liked weed. I don't know what that smells like, so I don't know if that's what it was. Housekeeping must have cleaned because the next day, the smell was gone. When I walked in my room, it smelled awful. The air conditioner was running and I think it might have had something to do with that because when I shut it off, I didn't smell anything. My room was fairly clean. My daughter noticed a stain on the blanket at the foot of the bed but I didn't. The bathroom and sink were clean for the most part. I did find one little hair on the shower wall and on the sink, she did find some behind the bathroom door, like it was swept completely and cleaned thoroughly. The fitness room was not great at all. It was a huge room with 3 pieces of equipment, a treadmill, stairclimber, and something else, I don't remember. The treadmill and stairclimber didn't work. We couldn't get them to come on and they were plugged in so she was bummed about that. There wasn't a whole lot available for the breakfast but it was good enough for me.

Most of the staff was friendly except for the front desk clerk. I don't know her name but she was not very friendly and did not smile one time during any of my interactions with her. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room I was given when I checked in, I had to have them change it because when I walked in, it had not been cleaned because the bed was messed up like someone just got out of it and there was a huge pile of hair in the middle of the floor and all over the sink. So, they got me switched to another room with no problem.

While we were in our room, I kept looking at the wall where the table was mounted to the wall. I thought it looked strange somehow. I went to sleep and my husband set his phone on the table to charge, when the whole table fell forward from the wall! The front desk came and looked at it, and said they would repair it the next day which is fine as we were leaving early. My major complaint is that I could have stayed in Muncie at just as nice a property for less money if I had known that they also had cereal for breakfast. I picked this property because we stayed at a La Quinta in Joplin at the beginning of our trip and had a wonderful breakfast, and a was expecting the same at this property.

The staff was incredible! The hotel was very clean, and is being updated nicely.
