No coffee,(told there was some in the room but only the maker, no supplies) no breakfast and an extra charge for the shuttle to the airport. extra charge for parking. Our flight was at 5:15 am and the shuttle doesn't run that early. So we tried to order a ride from Lyft & uber but no guarantee. Finally made an appt with a taxi to pick up us. The taxi didn't show up on time so the front desk was able to get ahold of the shuttle driver to take us. The return shuttle was fine

The room was recently renovated with new carpet, paint, and furniture. The shower was fine. The front desk was pleasant and helpful. Extra charges for services but it wasn't out of line just a bit of a surprise. They were renovating the public area by the front desk, breakfast area & lobby...will be nice when it's done.

Renovation caused a lot of problems. None of the pop machines worked, and the ice machine on my floor was out of order. Understandable that renovation was taking place, but was not told of this ahead of stay.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Because they are remodeling the dining room, we had to grab breakfast in our room, and it was just a muffin, a granola bar and a banana.

The staff was pleasant, and the rooms have just been renovated so they are very modern and comfortable.

The air quality in the construction areas of the hallways bothered my asthma.

The facility common areas were being remodeled and drywall dust and debris was everywhere. My room was very clean and comfortable

The entire hotel was being renovated and we were unaware at the time of booking nor were we made aware when we called to notify them of our late arrival. We were given a ‘renovated’ room, almost renovate is more fitting. The breakfast included one banana and one muffin for us to share. No beverages no discount, it was pathetic.

I didn't getting out into a Dusty construction area taking a chance on not touching nothing the door knobs outside was dusty and dirty the first room I was in was under construction how can someone give you a room and not even checked the rooms on the first floor no television no cable only thing I asked you it should have been posted that the place was under construction it's horrible dangerous conditions on a Saturday and Sunday when they're not working and it's drywall sheets everywhere

Breakfast was very limited. Online it stated free hot breakfast. The hotel was complicated to find, but figured the lower price was related to the location. The access road was terrible with deep pot holes.

Our room was comfortable, on the first floor and easy access to exit for walking our dog. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel area was quiet so we were able to get a good nights sleep.

The room was dirty when we got there. The sheets looked clean but the comforters were stained and we questioned if they were washed. There was public hair on the toilet, it looked like the toilet was not cleaned or the floors in the bathroom.

The hotel needs a big update and they are in the middle of it right now. Warning: if you stay at the hotel during the day M-F in the daytime you will get to listen to loud hammering, sanding, and other construction noises and they are LOUD! On Friday night it was going until 7 pm. After that, it was quiet. It was quiet over the weekend too. Just a FYI there! Also, it is right by the airport so the jet noises are very loud as well. But at night, when it matters, it was pretty quiet. I was never awakened by jet noises until early morning. I didn't see any breakfast being served. Maybe during covid they aren't doing it? A lot of hotels have suspended that service. There's nothing near by food wise or anything else for that matter. It's sort of tucked into an industrial type area. There's a hotel in the adjoining parking lot but beyond that, it's not got a lot to offer other than the hotel. But for the price, you sacrifice. And you get a nice staff and a clean room and for the price that is worth it to me. I would stay there again in spite of all of this. I'm eager to see their renovations when finished.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and check out was also. The room was clean and comfortable. For the price, I feel we got what we paid for.
