Easy access from freeway and only minutes from both of our destinations in town.

We liked the room and the size of our room. It was clean and comfortable. I had coffee and bagels for breakfast 😋.

The paint was peeling off the wall in the elevator and wall was scuffed up. As soon as we came off the elevator on the 3rd floor we were hit with a massive wave of hot air from the laundry room right next to the elevator. The breakfast wasn’t great. We left and went to McDonalds.

I liked the really clean and modern lobby along with the room we stayed in. Stocked with better toiletries than most hotels. Really cold ac was great.

The in room coffee maker didn’t work well and there were no coffee condiments in the room. The night staff was not friendly.

Where do I start. Once I arrived I tried to check in early the staff instructed me that I could not due to me purchasing it on a 3rd party site that I would have to wait until 3pm. I instructed the staff that it would be a late check indue to basketball games. The said that it would not be a problem. (Other parents that were with me were able to check in early). Get back to the hotel and check in the staff instructed me that due to me checkin in late that they would have to give me a room on the first floor (when I instructed that I needed a room on the highest floor if posssible). Now mind you that there were a lot of pets on the first floor and my daughter and I have Asthma. I told him that the first floor would not be okay. So he said he had to find a room and after 5 minutes of searching he found a room in the 3rd floor (Mind you it was a handicap room). When I arrived the door just opened up without me placing my key card to the door. when I went downstairs to let the staff know about the room door just opening up there was no one at the desk to be found. I said hello 4 times and no one came to the desk so I turned around and went back to the room. The room was okay (had a little smell). When it was time to take a shower the water pressure was very low and no hot water at all. Also how if 4 people are allowed to stay in a room with 2 double beds there were only 2 small towels and 2 big towels. When I tried to lock the door to go to sleep (I thought it was locked) it was not locked and my other daughter just walked in the room the next morning without me getting up to open the door.

bed ! my bed when sleep feeling not evenly and slope right to left. not really comfortable at all..i got to fine by ending bed to sleep.

The toilet height at 14" is tooo low for old people, large people and people with bad knees. Please return to the standard height toilets 18" tall.

The room was comfortable and was on the second floor. I have a nice view and the closeness to food and shopping were great. I got to learn about the history of the city and that was nice. Great place with a great staff.

The breakfast was missing some items that I expected, like fresh fruit and scramble eggs or egg omelets. There were only boiled eggs. The cereal was a generic brand, which was not good. I was told they would bring me more towels but didn't, so I had to make do with the few that I had. That was not the idea situation. Next time, I will get the towels i need early. Everything else was fine.

They had hot coffee all day. The bed was comfortable. Nice hotel. Friendly staff.

We requested a crib as in your website said that they can provide upon request, but it was not true. They did not have the crib.

The room was very nice and comfortable. I thought that the lobby was very clean and attractive. The staff was very friendly also. I was staying with family members who I was going to have to say goodbye to for a long time and I appreciated the staff allowing us to use the conference room to play dominoes and games.

I work night shift , so I was trying to sleep during the day, but the housekeeper staff, made sure to slam EVERY door near me and to bump every wall in the room next door while vacuuming,despite having my DND sign up.
