Room was tidy upon arrival. Check in was easy. Staff was friendly. Great location. Renovations make location look nicer. Pool and gym and added bonus!

On check in work trucks were parked in drive thru. I could not pull into drive thru because of this. My wife had to sit in the sun while I checked in.we had to get to an event. This was not a good start. Not hospitable at all.

Loved having coffee available around the clock. Due to our schedule missed out on breakfast. The location of the hotel was great. Surprised to get a gift bag upon arrival. Nice touch.

The room’s were super run down and there wasn’t even enough soap for one person (pretty sure they had already been used). When we complained about an unsupervised dog barking, they moved us to a room that was just as close. It disrupted our sleep significantly. The comforter was also itchy and had not warmth. We didn’t even use the towels, since they smelled like mold and Cheetos.

The front seat lady was so friendly.

Couldn't use Wi-Fi due to having an android phone only worked for Apple users. Bought laundry detergent from the front just to find out all washer units were out of order. Which I felt the guy should of notified me before paying $2 for a small box of soap. My other room did not have toilet paper.

Room and bathroom were cleaned daily. Good breakfast choices. Very clean facility inside and outside. Welcoming entrance.

Wifi did not work in the hotel, network would connect but no internet on the wifi. Room had no kleenex when we arrived. Hotel turned off our key cards after checkout time the first night so we had to go wait at the desk to have them reset. AC in the room worked but was touchy. Thermostat on the wall didn't work. AC unit was tricky to adjust and get it to stay on. Room past remodeling efforts were half-asses. In the bathroom spray paint overspray was evident around the door frame where someone had sprayed the casing around the door with overspraton the floor.

Was not hot tub like advertised. Biggest reason we booked this place over others was for the hot tub. Hot tub has been completely removed.

Jamie was friendly and courteous. I found out that the 80’s loop music song that was her favorite was. ‘Africa’ by Toto. She was very nice. On the second day, Sandra was able to accommodate my request to check the door lock in my room.

I did not like overwhelming smell of paint and the fact that the hotel doesn't take your money off your card right then at check in. They just comfirm its on the card then they charge you at midnight and if your money isnt on your card they keep trying to pull money at all hours of the night. I dont have this problem with other hotels. Then at checkout i was charged a different price because the lady at the front desk during check in supposedly forgot to add something. I wont be coming back.

I like how the people staying in the hotel came together in the chaos of all the remodeling of the hotel. We actually laughed about the situation. But all agreed that there should have been a Big sign that said in the middle of remodeling stay at your on risk.

The over charge, the accessibility, not having an available room on arrival and not being given a receipt, the front desk having no idea that I had been over charged or why or willing or know how to correct it or to do anything about it. Miscommunication between all parties involved. The weird pungent luming odor in the hall on the second floor where we stayed and the elevator that took forever no matter what.

That we was double charged with different amounts hours after we checked out… the “manager” said deal with it, it’s just a pending hold on our account… it’s in their policy that they can do this… even per booking.com… until this, I would have stayed again The pool… hot tub… and exercise room were all closed as well..

Didn’t realize when booking the room that it was right off the major highway noise level was over the top. Never get a room on the first floor the noise level from people checking in and kids running up and down the halls was unbearable.  this La Quinta Inn is just finishing finishing up renovations I think they still got a little more work to do believe me. Would I stay here again? No I don’t think so. Pet fee was only $25 dollars.

I didn't like that the staff was not clear on how they take payment for each night. I was told a certain amount at check-in and then I was charged more when I checked out. And not to mention I got charged each night at midnight or 3am in the morning. I wish they would have told me this at check-in. Because I don't want to be bother everyday for payment. I stayed 3nights and every night I was charged. Please just take it all at once I don't like to worry about extra money being take off my card its annoying. Especially when your barely getting by.

The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, they’re doing construction so it took forever to check in because the front desk lady wasn’t there,out tv didn’t work in our room and the bed wasn’t comfortable at all.

Only thing decent was the morning breakfast.
