You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

When my phone changed the dates on me and had us coming in on the wrong night I could not get a hold of anyone in the night crew to change it. I would get a recording and and push the 0 to get the front desk and no one would answer. The recording would just start all over again. I had to finally send email messages to booking.com and to the motel. Gabby the next morning fixed everything. The air-conditioner was quite noisy but the night staff said in some rooms they don't even work. So we just ignored it. Also, all the smokers stayed around the front door so you had to walk through smoke to get in and out.

United States of AmericaUpon check-in, staff sent us to an unclean, unready room. (That third floor smelled bad and hallway carpet filthy also). At 4 pm we were tired and had to call the front desk from the unclean room to let them know. We had to go back downstairs to be reassigned to another room. They wanted to give us a smaller room without a discount. No thanks. The substituted room of the same size they gave us, in the end, was comfortable, had some sort of dried goo on headboard, dusty end table and lamp, and very noisy a/c unit. Breakfast was very good, but they ran out of half n half coffee creamer pods.
Comfortable bed and pillows. A Keurig coffee brewer with a variety of pods. Breakfast variety and it tasted very good. Location in the city. Handicap parking close to door.

United States of AmericaRoaches!!!! Also, I booked a King Suite with separate living room. When I got there they had me in a regular King room. Our family had 5 rooms booked there for a wedding so I booked this room so we could hang out together. Told the front desk about the reservation and they didn't have any more of the rooms I booked. I couldn't get a refund.
The bed was comfortable,and the room was very spacious.
