Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaNot much, other than on the 2nd day there was an odd gross smell in the lobby and the elevator. Don't know what that was about! It was gone the next day.
Location was awesome! Close to the freeway, Fred Meyer grocery store next door. Starbucks across the parking lot, Jack n the Box across the street and 2 different gas stations on the same street as the hotel. Slept great, nice and quiet.

CanadaPillows and mattress weren't as comfortable as some other hotels I stayed in during this trip. Air conditioning was difficult to use and thermostat didn't seem to work very well to control the AC unit in the wall. Would like to see some EV charging stations available to guests possibly with the ability to pay an additional fee in advance to guarantee access to a charging spot.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location was convenient, just off the highway and walking distance from Starbucks, huge Fred Meyer, Costco, etc. Good choice for an on-the-road stay. Pet friendly with no additional fee which is really nice.

United States of AmericaHad a late check in and when we arrived no one was at the counter. After waiting 5 minutes I called the front desk. No one came to answer the phone. After what seemed like another 5 minutes of the phone ringing a guest and another gentleman entered the lobby together. The guest went up the elevator and the gentleman to the counter and apologized. I had seen both men together in the back of the building outside in the parking lot exiting a travel trailer. When I first arrived looking for a place to park and there were none available. He told me he was running off some people from the property and was upset by the ordeal and had no idea I had seen him. After taking my bags to my room I came back down to the lobby to move my car from the entrance driveway and he was gone again. I drove around the building again to go park at the Starbucks across the street as there was nowhere to park and he was again out back at the trailer and smoking. Not professional and definitely felt shaddy. Also paying for a room and not being able to park on the property really sucks. Also the key card reader was malfunctioning. Took like 4 attempts for it to open each time.
Super clean, good location, excellent breakfast.

United States of AmericaIf you get a room with 2 queens (for 4 people), a 4th pillow on each bed would be good.
Good breakfast is included so that was handy & beds were comfy. Fred Meyer and Starbucks are a few steps away. We only stayed one night for a WWU college visit the next morning.

CanadaAs I mentioned, the pool was pretty small, but the kids still enjoyed it three times, and also enjoyed the hot tub. If the hotel was much busier I can imagine the pool getting pretty full with kids, but as it was, it was ok for us. :)
I and my two kids (11 and 14) had a great one-night stay at La Quinta. It was very easy to find and well situated beside the wonderful Fred Meyer grocery store for any needs we had. They were super friendly at check-in and welcomed us even a little early. My kids used the pool three times in our short stay - it was a little small, but adequate for their fun. The beds were very comfy and the curtains made the room nice and dark. The breakfast in the morning was nice - the kids made their own waffles with berry sauce, and I enjoyed sausages, eggs, potatoes, and nice coffee and juice. We would certainly come back and stay again!

CanadaThe TV in my room was loose from the stand and wobbly. For some reason the bathroom smell like sewage, I had to open the door and window to keep the smell down.
The staff are the best thing about this facility. The place gives the feeling of roominess and bright despite being an older hotel. I will definitely come back.
