Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Some concerns about safety, but they were handled well by the front desk person.
The breakfast was above and beyond any continental free breakfast I have had. They did a beautiful job. The facilities were clean and confortable

The hotel is right next to Fred Meyer and some wooded area. Many homeless people both by the store/hotel parking lot and across the street in the woods. I felt uncomfortable leaving my car by the hotel. When asked about the safety of the area the front desk clerk gave me a blank stare and a "Whaddayamean?" I explained. He said that as long as we didn't leave anything valuable in the car we should be fine. I doubt we'll be staying there again even though the hotel itself (once you make it inside) is not bad and a good value.
We were initially given a room on the 2nd floor straight in front of the elevator doors. We didnt even go in. I asked to switch us and we were given a room on the 4th floor which was clean and comfortable overall. No complaints. Breakfast was good. Eggs, breakfast sausages, coffee, the usual... My daughter appreciated the waffle makers so she could make herself waffles.

Not much, other than on the 2nd day there was an odd gross smell in the lobby and the elevator. Don't know what that was about! It was gone the next day.
Location was awesome! Close to the freeway, Fred Meyer grocery store next door. Starbucks across the parking lot, Jack n the Box across the street and 2 different gas stations on the same street as the hotel. Slept great, nice and quiet.

Price was a little high.
Beds were extremely soft and comfortable with amazing air conditioning on a very hot day. Loved the 24 hour store for late night travelers like us. Complimentary breakfast was immaculate with tons of choices and having guest laundry was huge for us.

They forgot to fill the shampoo in our room. It would be good to have a few backups at front desk to help us.
I like that they have certain rooms they try to keep pets out of four people with allergies. The morning breakfast was well prepared and great.

Lots of homeless people around outside
Very clean, pool was warm and indoor! Breakfast was excellent, eggs waffles sausage and more. Definitely got my money's worth!

Thunderous a/c unit on the roof. We were on the top floor. Called the front desk and they changed our room as we just couldn’t sleep. That needs fixing.

Pillows and mattress weren't as comfortable as some other hotels I stayed in during this trip. Air conditioning was difficult to use and thermostat didn't seem to work very well to control the AC unit in the wall. Would like to see some EV charging stations available to guests possibly with the ability to pay an additional fee in advance to guarantee access to a charging spot.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location was convenient, just off the highway and walking distance from Starbucks, huge Fred Meyer, Costco, etc. Good choice for an on-the-road stay. Pet friendly with no additional fee which is really nice.

we used it as a stop off on the way back to Victoria after a baseball game , good location made the morning drive to the ferry easy and not to long of a drive after the game , clean comfortable reasonable price
