There was no do not disturb sign for the room. No to go containers available for breakfast to be able to eat in my room. There was one light bulb missing in the room as well as the toilet jigger was on backwards.

The location was a nice location. No homeless hanging out or no one doing things they shouldn't be doing is a plus!

We had free breakfast but when we got downstairs...there was no coffee, food wasn't full, they didn't fill till past an hour. People were kinda upset.

The inside of toilet in room 408 looked dirty , felt uncomfortable to go to the restroom , the staff faces looked like they were not happy to work there, they all had angry looks no smiles on their faces just a trans blank look in their faces , couple of times I tried to smile at them and they just looked like they were scared or angry to smile back.

Air conditioning had to be set on the lowest setting to get the room cold. Need a handrail in the bathtub. Refrigerator never seemed to get cold. Need bigger pillows. Too small.

Water was nice and hot. Very clean. Nice to have a fridge and microwave.

Some things just need to be updated in the bathroom such as the toilet handle needs to be replaced but otherwise was very clean and comfortable

The manager and concierge were great! The room was clean although the shower head lacked pressure and sprayed all over. Breakfast was again across the street. Upon checking out..no one was available to turn on keys so we put them under the door. Also, no one available to receive breakfast vouchers from...we had decided not to be humiliated with the across the street process anyway...although the main reason I booked with Laquinta was for the included free breakfast. Just a disappointing experience. The ladies working there were friendly, empathetic, and It was a pleasure to do business with them in spite of the hotels lack of delivery of what was billed at booking.

The bed skirt on both beds were dirty. Mold on the tub. Toilet paper low, two of the four lights in the sconce above the sink were not working. The hotel was under renovation. We were informed of this hours before check in, after landing; making it almost impossible to find last minute accommodations. breakfast was not available at the hotel; due to renovations. Instead on a tight schedule we had to walk across the street to another hotel, search for an employee and then look for a kitchen staff employee per instructions to submit our voucher to eat. It was not a pleasant experience. My wife was embarrassed and refused to eat, my sons were not comfortable so I had to deliver breakfast across the parking lots opening doors and having items fall out of my hands. This was a nice hotel with a very courteous staff. Unfortunately, it didn't deliver what was advertised. With little warning as to the renovations...I didn't enjoy the accommodations. It was not peaceful and relaxing as a vacation should be. We had scheduled a stay in this same hotel a few days away upon returning to the Fort Worth area. We checked in to another room..this was a nicer room. It was clean. However, we didn't eat breakfast. A major reason for booking with thia hotel.

I would have given the hotel 10 stars if not for the renovations. Improvements are great and expected for the success of a business. Because of the renovations the lobby and breakfast area were inaccessible. We were given a voucher and had to go across the parking lot to another hotel for breakfast but didn’t mind. The staff at LaQuinta was friendly. The room was very clean and smelled great. The beds were comfortable.

When booked it was supposed to be room with two beds. Had room with one bed and sofa bed. The sofa bed not comfortable. Had issues about paying with cash, but the lady at desk worked it out with me.

Did not eat. The main problem was hotel under renovations so had to eat at hotel next door. The employees were very friendly and workable with me.

You can feel the chlroine in the eyes, only by being sitting next to the pool too much chlorine maybe was the day they give maintenence. Could be? The size of the pool is great.
