We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRoom had a broken window which was reported but didn't seem to raise any concern with the staff- exposed glass which would have been dangerous for families with kids. Water fountain in the fitness suite was broken and looked like it had been out for a long time. Shower leaked constantly which could be heard throughout the night.
Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good - great waffles and an array of other options to choose from.

United States of AmericaThe selection of TV channels was limited. Emerging insects were covering the outside of lower walls on the first floor and more than a half dozen got in my room. The hot water was gone by 8 am so there was only tepid to cold water in the shower until the afternoon.
Ice machine was working as was microwave and mini-fridge in room. The staff appeared to respond quickly to the invasive insect problem. There was plenty of hot water in the evenings.

United States of AmericaThe room was so hot with dead air. Could not breathe. Put ac on bit never got very cool or air quality very good. I really thought I was going to stop breathing. I’m usually cold not a person to be overheated or ever complain to be too hot. The potatoes at breakfast were very cold and not cooked. We just needed a quick spot to stay overnight. Got in late and left early but deff didn’t get the sleep I wanted.
Beds were not too hard and it was in area we needed to be.

United States of AmericaHeating/cooling system would make an odd noise everytime it turned off. Skipped on the breakfast, not too many options that accomodate to individuals with special/diabetic diets.
The room was very clean, I was surprised that the water pressure in the shower was actually very good. I liked the soap dispensers for the shampoo/conditioner and body wash on the walls. Towels were actually a little bigger than most and very soft. Was very quiet and comfortable.

United States of AmericaThe wall unit for heat didn’t actually get super warm. I like to sleep with a fan and cool but the temperature of room I couldn’t bring up high enough based on that unit . Also, the other thing was in the morning there wasn’t enough hot water in the shower based on everyone in the building I guess using it which I think is a problem. My water at Best got lukewarm. Would I stay here again yes for one night or two for a similar outing have I stayed in better places ? yes 1 1/2 to twice the money I don’t think you can go wrong in here. It was clean comfortable the people were very nice. Great location.
To start with the hotel was clean it was comfortable and a decent price. Great location to where I was going. I would give it 3.5 - 4 stars stars out of 5 I got what I paid, for it was comfortable and clean. It was not a Marriott. It was not a Hilton or comfort Inn. But decent to stay a night or 2 Price around $75/night They had free breakfast but there was a restaurant one block away a bar/good restaurant and a diner within 1 mile and we ate there

CanadaBreakfast was very disappointing. The scrambled egs were swimming in liquid and were inedible. No protein options were offered and the bread was very stale. The serving utensils were dirty and no attendant was seen. Tables were not wiped down. The front desk staff looked bored and not interested in their guests.
When we asked for an upgrade at check in, they accommodated that request. Thank you. House keeping staff was so friendly and polite.

United States of AmericaCheck in was at 3. We checked in after 4 and our room was being cleaned. We waited in the hallway and when the cleaner saw us, they made a remark under their breath that made us uncomfortable. Instead of going in to nap, we left and came back at night.

It is an older building but seemed newly renovated everything was clean staff freindly and helpful breakfast area was nice well staffed plenty of seating. Was a great place for overnight stay. Very good value for $ spent. Also had pretty good wifi and tv was internet connected with YouTube and Netflix built in. Nice perk for us
