The pillows and pillow tops need to be changed. My bed had a tilt to it and the pillows were not comfortable nor luxurious. They were half pillows.

The staff was great. Very friendly and responsive. Handled difficult guests with promptness. The buffet was the best I've been to in a while.

The pool and hot tub were borderline gross. The room we were in needed some repairs too, especially in the bathroom.

The staff is friendly and it's hard to bet the location! The rooms are clean.

Slow elevator, stairs nowhere near the elevator, staff ok.

Breakfast was way more than most-eggs, sausage, ham, breads, cereal, waffles, juice. Indoor pool open til 10.

The lighting in the room was horrible. There wasn’t any bedding for the roll out couch and we had to ask twice for it. We were in sure twice before we showed up that my 2 rooms would be next to each other and upon arrival they were literally at opposite ends of the hall. Couldn’t have gotten further apart without putting us on different floors. No one respects the pool/spa rules and staff doesn’t enforce them. And kids were running halls all night while their parents smoked marijuana. Smelled so bad i swear i got a contact high!!!!

The door to our bathroom was hard to close it needed to be greased or fixed. The fridge piece was broken upon arrival and the drawer for clothes was not closing. The lamp shade was old can tell by discoloration. I had put in our reservation asking for extra towels and blankets and pillows and nothing extra was there so we had to call and ask and then the employee asked if we could come get it but she did end up bringing it to us which was great. The hotel just needs to fix some things in the room or update things but overall it was a decent room.

My husband enjoyed breakfast eggs sausage cereal toast and muffin. My son enjoyed the bagel and cream cheese. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our room was right across from the pool which was awesome for us not a far walk at all and that was one of our reasons for staying so it was a perfect location for our room.

The exterior doors wouldn't accept keycard access so we had to either prop the door open to unload our car, or walk a long distance. Since we were traveling with a dog, it would have been nice for the exterior doors to open with a keycard, for easy access to relieve my pet outside, without bothering other guests.

we were not expecting a jacuzzi in our king room, so that was a nice surprise. The pool and hot tub were big. Lots of parking for larger vehicles.

Very good value. Clean, large room with mini fridge and microwave and good coffee! We used the hot tub and enjoyed breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The person at the desk was terrible. We arrived around 2pm after driving for 7 hours and told we could not check In until three pm. She did not offer for us to stay in common area and watch TV nor offer coffee. She just said the rooms were booked ( which I said we had a reservation) but was very rude and again said we could NOT check in until 3pm. We sat in our car for an hour as we watched two other couples check in. At 2:45pm I went back in and asked if we could now check in since other had and she waved me forward and ok. I gave my name and waited as looked like I did not have a reservation but finally said yes we did and rooms were first come first serve (I requested first floor and just wanted to get settled). This woman was rude and un-accommodating. We have stayed at your hotel several times before while traveling to and from MA. Just recently as of 12/22/23 o our way North. That was a pleasant experience. I will say we will look for other accommodations in the future due do the rudeness of the recent staff

Our room was above the pool & could hear everything that’s was going on . Rude people letting their kids run up and down the hallways on the third floor.
