The lobby smelt like a dead rat, shower heads need updating, walkways were to small to rooms, one of the lamps didn’t work.

The first room was handicap but needs updating. And racks missing from the wall and had no hot water in the shower. But the front desk clerk was nice and switched my room. The second room was great but did have some me things that needed fixing like the wall baseboard that was falling off and the missing closet door handle.

I like the quietness of the facility.

The ceiling in our room was peeling, and the bathroom sink was clogged so we had to brush our teeth in the shower. The maintenance guy did drain the sink but recommended that he not unclog as the smell would be terrible, so we agreed. He was extremely pleasant.

There were no sodas the cooler was out there are no vending machines. The only snacks you can get are in the kitchen. It’s next to the chicken desk, the two rooms that are out here I’m guessing or for handicap but they don’t have a hairdryer and a lot of hot water doesn’t get very hot

Well I stayed two nights the first night I was inside main part of hotel and when I went to breakfast and when I had left at one point for about 20 minutes my dogs barked for a few minutes and I was given a call about it. I understand that’s not cool if they were continually working but they only worked a couple times this is a pet, friendly hotel. People don’t understand that if they’re not friendly with Pet station, stay here because likelihood, a pet from the hotel is going to have a pet in the room the second night I was off work and I stayed here with my dog in the room. It’s on the outside I believe it’s 125 and it was a lot better. They still bark when they hear something outside but not nearly as bad as when people go by and knock on your door or take take your sign off when you have it on there that says do not disturb and knock on the door on purpose, so your dogs will bark.then those same people complain

The snacks and drinks at the front desk were wayyy over priced and the breakfast lady was very unprofessional.

Everything was great, close to the hospital where we needed to be.

Very small television, but watchable. Toilet paper holder had been torn off the wall and not replaced.

The more wheelchair access rooms The room I stayed in was outside in back and it could have been more clean it was very dusty shower curtain was dirty bed sheets needed to be changed

There were dirty towels in the bathroom behind the bathroom door. I don't like people coming into my room so I usually put out the Do Not Disturb sign, but it was a little inconvenient to have to ask for towels at the front desk.

The room was quiet, although at times the traffic from Marsha Sharp was a bit noisy. That staff that I talked to were friendly. I had to ask for towels and they were brought to me quickly.

On this visit we were put in a room on the back side for the first time. The room was not nearly as clean or updated as the rooms we've had in the past. The room may have been part of an earlier update as the AC unit appeared older or worn and didn't cool very well, bathroom finish wasn’t as detailed and clean. It just was not as we would have expected after all the various rooms we've had in the past.

Staff is always friendly, and the rooms are usually very nice. Hotel serves us well as its located close to Covenant Medical Center and we make frequent trips for health care.

They want to raise the price during “Special Events” but operate as if we are paying the standard price. I stayed at this location for 125.00 a night which that is worth it but when you go up to 250 a night you might want to show a little extra effort for the cost

The room was generally very good. A couple of issues however. One, when you flush the toilet, water came out between the tank and the base of the toilet every time. Second, there was a light that didn’t work in the room, because too many appliances were plugged into a single outlet behind the credenza. Third, during my stay the water was turned off once, and the elevator was shut down.

The room was comfortable, and generally very clean. Air conditioner worked great, and the hotel itself was pretty quiet. Great location.

The room wasn't cleaned properly before we arrived and we had no service while we were there when we didn't have the dnd up.. I was a former housekeeper for La Quinta. There was tissue behind the tv.. from former guest. There were used wash clothes hanging on the shower rod from former guest.. There was no blow dryer. The mirror was dirty. There was toothpaste splatter on the wall right under the mirror in the bathroom.

The building is beautiful.. nice furnitureand such.. the beds were comfy.

Breakfast was not good. Tables left dirty and eggs were rubbery and tasteless and sausage links were cold. Would have liked more fruit, yogurt, bottles of water.

Told us the pool was open and it was not plus it was green. The purpose of the stay was for the kids to enjoy the pool but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Wi-Fi not working.
