The staff was amazing. The hot tub was cold the first night we arrived on our honeymoon and they made sure it was fixed the next day and gave us extended time in the hot tub. Hotel was clean and room was nice.

One of the table lamps stopped working halfway through the stay, the outlet didn’t seem to work for some reason. One more waffle maker for the breakfast would be nice since there was just one.

Having no carpet in the rooms was great, bathroom was nice and updated. Beds and pillows were comfy

I wish I had asked for a different room. The room was clean, but there were so many stains in the carpet and on the walls. Even though it was basically cleaned, it felt dirty. The bathtub was nasty. Not dirty, but had some sort of something on the bottom, like the enamel was scraped off or something was spilled and not cleaned out. I couldn't or wouldn't bathe my grandbabies in it. No one was watching the pool area.

The night hosts (front desk) were super kind and helpful. The pool was fantastic and we had fun. Breakfast was ok.

Some idiots in the hallway fighting at 1am, and hair was left behind on the shower wall but everything else was perfect!

The jacuzzi, it’s right behind Cracker Barrel, Steak ‘n Shake, Wendy’s, a gas station, Walmart and Applebees. Everything is within walking distance

The room was overbearingly dry. Fix that, you have a home run.

The staff was absolutely incredible. My flight was delayed several times. Even with the extremely late check-in time 11:30-12(Midnight), All I spoke with (I think 4 different receptionists) reassured me that someone would be there for me. When the weather just tore up my day, y’all put it all back together for me! Amazing, thank you!

A more friendly reception. When I asked if I could use my Cdn credit card (as stated by the booking app which quoted my rate in Cdn$) she stated that she only accepted US credit cards and she could not tell me the rate for the night. I gave her my US cc and was given a statement with the rate printed out. No idea why she could not give me the rate before she processed my card. Lastly our TV was not working I went to the desk to ask her to send someone up to look at it. She said she would have to do it. She never said another word both going to the room or fixing it

Front desk personnel not happy and very defensive when asked questions. Facilities were clean but I was expecting them to be less worn looking. Breakfast was great

Easy on/off for our cross country trip. No concerns whatsoever. Comfortable, quiet, safe. Could use some sprucing up.

The limited hot breakfast it wasn't a buffet like described not much to choose from. Coffee was good though. And it was "pet" friendly which ment dogs , that bark while your trying to sleep.

For an older hotel it was truly upgraded with everything in the room and bath. Very modern, clean, and quality service! A bonus was Walmart behind the hotel so we could shop for tide pod to do laundry in the hotel. Great location!

Tried to get into our room and was locked out. We were delayed and didn’t get back until 10:45 am Check out is 11:00 and they already deactivated my room key. Not very happy about that
