I did not like how the out side pool and garden was kept clean. The trash was over flowing and the ash trays never got cleaned out. I cleaned out the ash trays that i used after days of using them. The out side tables never got cleaned. I had to wash the table under the tree. The leaves are every where. Some of the pool chairs need to be replaced and unbrellas. The inside was clean but i think the hall csrpets need cleaned and wall paper fixed

I liked my stay because it was convenent for what i was there for.

The lobby was nice but the wallpaper was peeling off the walls on the way to the rooms, our door handle was broken so we had to play with it a lot to get in; the bathroom did not have a regular door, but had what looked like closet doors and when they closed together, they were extremely loud. The double doors leading to the bedroom were also very loud and would stick to another. Also, the bedroom doors had a window with sheer covering so no real privacy and the air conditioner did not work well. It appeared to be an older property and the pool area did not look well kept. We were not impressed and would not stay again in the future.

Location was great with quick access to highway and businesses. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The common areas of the hotel such as the elevator and halls were very dirty and in need of a good cleaning. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The carpet in halls and in our room were dirty and in need of a good shampooing.

The location was convenient. Staff were helpful, professional and friendly. Other than the carpet, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too.

Hallways wallpaper was peeling, baseboards were cracking, and the patio outside by the hot tub had wood planks crumbling, pretty unsafe as my foot went through a small spot. This building needs an update for safety and looks.

Room was clean, spacious. Bedding was comfortable and room was quiet. Breakfast selection was decent, hot food was hot. Good drink variety for breakfast. Great location with everything around.

Well, it needs a clean up. First, I was disappointed that I had to wait two hours for my room. Being short staffed during hurricane I could understand. The hair dryer in the room did not work. I couldn’t get the tv to work, it said you no longer had a contract with them. The rugs gotta go. They were filthy, all I can say, don’t even bother with carpet most hotels don’t, too hard to keep clean.

Well, the price was reasonable. You are pet friendly, and not too many hotels are, so I’m sure that’s much appreciated, I enjoyed seeing all the pets. All your staff were nice and friendly and smiling. Nichole at the front desk was very friendly, and understanding about the shortage of clean rooms that day. Her attitude made it easier for me to wait. She worked very hard to get things done.

The general feel of the hall/common areas is dirty and not well-maintained. Carpet needs to be replaced. One of the mattresses was sunken in and needs to be replaced. Check-in was an unnecessarily long process, and they charge an extra $100 to your card that they later refund instead of just keeping your card on file for incidentals.

Convenient for traveling, price, pool area. Room was clean and breakfast area was clean and well-stocked.

Unfortunately, our encounter on checking in was not easy nor pleasant. The booking had been paid for in advance and on checking in was advised they required $100 security deposit. Although not made aware of this at the time of booking it seemed reasonable. However, as an international traveller, my card was not being accepted for some reason, she refused to take cash and reluctantly took my partners card for deposit saying we don't normally allow third party payments ?????? Note we were together, booked in same room and a couple. She was quite rude, no eye contact, no apology, nothing.....not a great welcome at all. However, I must say the rest of the staff we encountered throughout our stay were friendly, helpful and polite.

Hotel was very clean, rooms a great size with all you could need. The outdoor pool and hot tub were a real bonus and kept clean too. Breakfast was a great selection and served hot and fresh ( continental style ) Easy access to all amenities snd onside free parking with lots of space

Parking for guests. We had no where to park. Vehicles with towed trailers or large trucks took up multiple parking spaces throughout the entire parking lot, possibly consider a parking lot for vehicles and guests with such. That way the regular parking lot can still fit to accommodate regular vehicles for guests.

The facility and room was nice and accomodating.
