Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious. Room was clean except for hard to get areas such as behind beds. We found hair products in our room from a previous guest. The beds were comfortable, but only 2 pillows per bed. I typically use more than 1 pillow, so it would've been nice to have at least 3 pillows. It was quiet and no outside disturbances such as traffic, etc. The breakfast was good, typical American breakfast. The only bad thing I really noticed was the hotel grounds. There was a lot of trash and cigarette butts on the grounds.

The only issue was with the outside door that wouldn't open with the key card. Fortunately, another guest showed me how to prop the door open. Convenient, but not great for security.

I stayed at this location last year and was impressed with hte breakfast, this year did not disappoint.

They said they were cleaning rooms and when we returned from the days events our room had not been cleaned. I called the front desk and she did not know if they were going to clean it and told me I could come down and get trash bags and towels.

The fold out bed in the room was without bedding. It would have been nice if nothing else the bedding for the fold out bed from the couch had bedding inside the room. Also since the room can hold up to six people that at least six towels should be available.

Room being clean along with bathroom. Breakfast was good and available on time. Well cooked and stocked. Swimming facilities were clean and open. Water was clean and clear. Staff was friendly and available to answer all questions.

I booked because of the pool and nice room. Yet, the pool was closed, and I heard someone in the back telling the lady checking me in, it hasn't been cleaned. And the lady said "it's closed." Pillows, well, definitely need new ones. The entrance light was not working. The bathroom was definitely not clean. Only 2 towls for a party of 3. Only friendly staff member was the lady that checked us out. Staff making sure breakfast area was clean could at least say "Good morning" and smile. Not look and ignore paying customers.

When we got in to the room, we noticed a lot of stains on the walls. The bathroom sink was cracked. The shower stall shell covering was cracked. The caulking around the tub was coming off. The room was not very well maintained. The water pressure was way too high. So high that it was not a comfortable shower.

Location of hotel is great if you have business in either Odessa or Midland.

The breakfast at the hotel wasn’t great at all I watched a staff member literally walked from outside and started to stir eggs.. This lady was worried about her fingers nails not how the kitchen area look..

Upon arrival, the front desk attendant tried to tell me my room wasn’t paid for but I had literally just booked on line and showed her my confirmation. The first room they gave me on the third floor (330) was trashed and dirty. They did assign me a better room but the room had feathered pillows which I cannot sleep with. When I called to get an exchange the attendant told me they were all out and she could bring me towels to sleep with.. Really towels for a pillow??? So needless to say I had a rough night sleeping.
