Breakfast eating area small, breakfast choices not great. Rooms have to be upgraded. A lot of things in poor conditions such as tv not working, ironing board doesn't open

Not enough eating space, but that’s understandable given that it was during the busiest time (weekend). The eating space was suitable during the week! Parking was a bit of an issue as well, almost not enough for all guests, given the construction work going on. Some appliances weren’t working (alarm clock), others were malfunctioning (microwave). Appliances were dusty…

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping centers. Near highway 87!

Room above us had a kid that was running around at midnight and for about a half hour. This was not conducive to sleeping.

All was good! We have stayed a few times and it was familiar; therefore comfortable. Location is convenient for the places that we visit while in Plattsburgh.

Noisy at night when people are coming in and out of their rooms. The doors slam, walking in the hallways, and you will feel the vibrations in your room. The phone didn't work, so we weren't able to call the front desk for assistance.

The facilities were clean Staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. We stayed on the weekend. Their hot breakfast was scramble egg and bacon, a good selection for breakfast.

I specifically love the hot tub and it was closed for major renovations which was really disappointing to not know in advance considering this was one of my only search criteria . No one really helped me with this and I've visited this hotel countless times. It was just upsetting to spend all that money this time round and not get the one thing that I wanted . I tried communicating via the app and no one responded . I really wish someone just took the time to address my concern as I always come here

Stayed here previously and all was good but this time the room was old and not a clean. Also had a small of pot throughout the hallway all weekend.

The eggs at breakfast. Room carpet not in the greatest shape. Except for the bed, the room furniture a bit worn. The coffee pot in room did not have the right sized basket you had to hold it in place.

The price was great. Huge variety for breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Room clean.

I was a def.’ly uncomfortable by one of the outside entrance doors that would not stay closed/locked, security could be better. And, some of the pillow cases were worn and stained, could replace some of the linens.

The hot/cooked breakfast was delicious and a good variety of food offered. The cook was also very helpful, friendly, great customer service! The kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and gym workout room.

The thermostat in the room was not functional so the heater was either always on or always off. Given the quantity of rooms that were available we would have expected to have been assigned a room with a functioning thermostat in the month of November. The toilet did not flush properly at the outset and this was frustrating. The hallway had a strong odour of nicotine.

The breakfast was satisfying and the staff were friendly and efficient.
