Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Vending machins and room phone were all out of order. The price of staying there does not match the quality of the tired old decor. No extra blankets available. No shower cap. Bed was comfortable. Clise to airport...good shuttle service and breakfast. Staff friendly

Breakfast was the most disappointing. I expected a buffet with eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns.
The beds were comfortable and a good size. It was n at the airport.

I had asked for a wake up call, which I did not receive. I had reserved an ADA room, which I did not get. The only offerings for breakfast were carb-laden: waffles, toast, cereal. There was no fruit or protein whatsoever. And there was no TV remote in the room. The manager didn’t seem concerned about any of these things.
The location was close to the airport and a short shuttle ride away. The room was clean although a bit dated.

Room 319 - the mattresses really need to be replaced. The ceiling fan in the washroom didn't work and mould is starting to accumulate on the ceiling above the shower.
Staff, breakfast and shuttle to airport were great. The hotel is within a short walking distance to the airport with lots of restaurants within close proximity.

The hotel is really showing wear and tear. Corporate La Quinta - its time to renovate this one, replace worn carpet, repair wall dings, etc. I also hate it when there is no way to open a window a little to get fresh air.
The night shift staff when I checked in were extremely nice and helpful. I had a lot of luggage and one woman helped me get it into the elevator and into my room. Room was comfortable and clean.

The room had a musty odor.

There is mold above the shower & when you are in the shower there is urine on the toilet. We had to e at the airport early so we didn’t get the complementary breakfast.
Breakfast wasn’t served early enough for us to have. The location was fine because we drove our car to the airport parking. The price we SHOULD HAVE gotten was fine but the night shift couldn’t get the printer to work so we didn’t get the price we were quoted because the day shift forgot to apply it 🙃😟

When I checked in, found out we could have gotten a senior discount (I have both AARP & AAA). Even tho I mentioned when I booked that we were both over 70, there was no mention of discount. Clerk could not give discount at property because I had booked thru Booking.com. It was a $50 difference the clerk told us. We were given our room keys and we went up to the room and it smelled terrible. It STUNK. Badly. We went back to the desk and were given a different room, altho now the clerk was not so pleasant. She had other people to check in she informed us. My traveling friend said we were here first. There were no toiletries in the room as stated there would be on my confirmation. Only one tiny bar of soap was in the bathroom. We went down to the breakfast at 8:30am and boy was it whisked away quickly at exactly 9. The 1/2 & 1/2 for the coffee was even taken quickly. When you have seniors traveling, we are not necessarily early risers any more and you might want to re-think your 9am cut off. Saturdays/Sundays are 10.

Too short-staffed. One person needs to check in 20 or 30 people at busy times. Didn't receive the requested playpen which was promised. The keys get deactivated every night.
It's pricing is fair in a city like seattle.
