We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

This place did show "wear" and could use some updates in the room. The lobby was "nice," staff nice, breakfast nice, beds nice; but, all in all could use some sprucing up in our room. It looked like a dog, or some pet, was left inside the room and it shows at the doors that some scratching and chewing happened. That needs some revision. The hall and room carpets could be replaced to look fresher. Family we met there said that they were disappointed in their room but this is my review.

United States of AmericaIt was not a good value for the money. There was rust caked around the drain in the lavatory, a ring and hair in the bathtub. The facility needs to be updated. For a little more money I could have stayed in a Hampton Inn. This is the 2nd time I've been disappointed in a Wyndham property.
Karen, worked hard to change my date of reservation one day becuse of an emergency. The problem was with booking.com.

United States of AmericaHotel needs a remodel. Carpet old and dirty. Our room had a bad smell. Had no extra room because of construction wokers. Outlets in room really need fixed, very loose, don't have enough power to charge a phone well. Bathtub very slippery and not very wide. Breakfast sausage not good. Eggs ok. Separated a bagel to add cream cheese, it fell apart. Got another one it was disgustingly old. A good remodel would make it nice.

United States of AmericaThe building is starting to show its age and wear/tear. The "extra caulking" around the tub faucet is a sloppy cosmetic repair. The side door has a card reader that didn't work as the door was constantly unlocked. The neighbors in the room next door and their friends across the hall were loud and noisy, especially since we had a baby trying to sleep.
The room was spacious, bed/pillows comfortable, breakfast was great; water got hot quickly. The evening manager was cordial and helpful when we needed some assistance with a room key and the noisy neighbors next door and across the hall.

United States of AmericaThe beds are so super hard. The pillows are pitiful. My friend called them “dollar store pillows” and she’s not wrong. The room is clean enough, but the facility is a bit old and you can tell, fine for an economy stay though. The desk chair in our room has was on its last legs.
La Quinta Sherman is in a convenient location and affordable.

The TV you have to turn off and on before you can do anything with the volume and after washing my clothes I couldn't dry them as the dryer wasn't working. Asked to use the facilities dryer and was told it is against the policy so I had no clothes for the next day.
