We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI booked this hotel through Booking.com. When we got home I noticed 2 charges from LaQuinta. I called the manager and he said he’d credit me for their charge. He didn’t so I called 2 more times. He finally gave me a credit for the lesser charge from Booking so I called 2 more times. They never did credit me the charge from their hotel!!

And I did not care for the price of bottle of pop and whatever other foods you have there that you can purchase beside the checking out counter, I felt you were butt raping me.

Breakfast bar had a good selection and went until 930 am. Hotel was clean and beds were comfy. Location was perfect for our trip. Little store was convenient to buy things you may have forgotten.

United States of AmericaCheck in was a bit of a struggle since we were informed there would be a 20 minute wait until our room would be ready. Since we arrived after the listed check in time and we had an engagement to attend to, that wasn't acceptable. A different room was issued to us with a king and a pull out sofa vs the two queens that I booked online. I was not informed at check in that it was not 2 queens. I found out it was a king when we walked into the room. It was a big deal to us and neither of us wanted to sleep on a pull out. Didn't feel like another hassle so we made it work. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
The entire establishment seemed exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. The lady that set up the breakfast was very friendly and a joy to visit with. The breakfast was decent with eggs, sausage, sausage gravy and biscuits. There also was a nice variety of cold items, etc. The coffee was amazing! I recommend this hotel and we will stay here again whenever in the area.

United States of AmericaEverything was great but we had a couple of people go above and beyond. Our toilet started leaking the 1st night. It was the tank and only leaked when flushed so it wasn't causing a lot of water. I called the front desk and spoke with Julie. The hotel was full so she couldn't move us. She came up to the room to bring extra towels!! My daughter was in the shower so she couldn't actually look at the issue. The next day I checked the hall to see if there was anyone working who could trade out some towels. I found Leslie just outside my door and she was great! She came in to look at the issue and was able to fix the problem. Then she took all of the wet towels and brought back a replacement set. The next day we were having issues with the remote. We stopped at the front desk and asked for some extra batteries to see if that was the issue. Leslie showed up at our room with a new remote. This was a really nice customer service experience!
