Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I was placed in a room that was. Wing Rena acted and not ready for a guest. Front desk staff immediately moved me to a room that was ready for occupancy.
The location en route from LA to home in Templeton was just right plus it being near a sales point for the LATimes.

The towels were rough and small and we had to ask for more. Every thing was old so it didn’t feel clean.

Because the windows don't open it tended to get really stuffy in the room. I had to prop the door open to get any fresh air. The microwave is outdated and tended to burn items.

I like the price of the hotel but it really needs to be updated. There were people in the pool area at 3 a.m. in the morning and that was very annoying because the gates don't automatically lock. There needs to be more parking for wheelchair/ADA and side walks need to be fixed for wheelchair use. Also I believe the washing machines and gym area were out of use. The price we paid was good for the hotel because we did get breakfast the mornings we were there but the times we were given were a bit cut short sometimes. I really love the staff and especially Mrs. Brandy at the front desk, such a sweet young lady!!! Keep smiling Mrs. Brandy!!!!

The first room we were assigned smells like a wet dog fur. As we checked in late, we did not have a choice but to sleep in it. Next morning, we complaint about it and got transferred to the next room. I find that rude to be allocated a room which is not clean properly

Our room wasn’t very clean. I found old pieces of food on the bathroom counter. There was a plastic bag crumpled under a chair.
Property was close to where we needed to be. Bed was comfortable.

They had an issue with the fire alarm when we tried to call to see what the issue was the front desk did not answer. So I sent my significant other to ask the front desk and they just simply said it was going off in a few of the other rooms. So basically no answers about when the alarms would stop and why they were going off. I was in the middle of showering. So I no longer felt comfortable and just wanted to leave.

Cheap coffee maker, pillows need replacement. Property in dire need of paint and landscaping. Stairwells-walkways stained and very grungy looking.

Our bed had no fitted sheet. they used a flat sheet where the fitted sheet is supposed to go making it too short for the bed. There was a blood spot on the bathroom door. the handle in the bathroom kept getting stuck down therefore the toilet wouldn't stop running. Why do you have sausage and potatoes but no bacon or eggs. Its a weird combo.
I like the location, It serves its purpose. I like that you have coffee in the morning. The sheets are soft and I like the size of the bed.

I have stayed at La Quinta by Wyndham in San Antonio and in arizona before. The breakfast facilities need a little more variety as the other 2 places had omelets, sausage bacon etc. also maybe a little update to there dining room. They had a nice amount of tables but not enough chairs. It looked four person tables but only had enough chairs for 2-3 at each table other than that it was nice
