There was no hot water. When I woke up to shower I couldn’t take one.

I liked the 3rd bed in a separate room. That was a pleasant surprise

Beds not comfortable, sofa bed horrible. No help from staff when we asked for a different mattress for sofa bed they said everything is locked up at night couldn’t help us. Also could not provide any more pillows or comforters. Staff at night repeatedly told us they could do nothing and to check with day staff.

I walked in to room and noticed a piece of gum stuck to the floor directly where the entrance to the door is. I was able to remove it fairly easily though. Parking fee is pretty expensive especially if staying for a while. The hallways did seem a bit outdated and smelled pretty strange.

Service was great and overall bedding was clean.

I didn’t like how the pool and hot tub were like outside inside. Next to the parking garage it was gates but it didn’t feel safe. Anyone can walk up to it and see you. Like all the public can. It was just in an awkward location. I also didn’t like the free breakfast. It was nothing but bread. Bagels toast pancakes waffles. No protein. No yogurts , sausages or eggs. Not worth the free breakfast. The staff was ok. The day person was really nice and the evening staff kept placing me on hold for long periods of time. The sofa bed has no pillows so I needed two at least and they said they only had one lol . Btw the pillows are THE WORST.

I loved the king suite. We traveled with families and it’s nice to have some privacy. The suite offered that with a sliding door that came between the room and the living room that had a sofa bed .each room had its own tv . The location was good. I loved that it was pet friendly. Meaning you pay a small fee for your dogs but it was very inexpensive. 25$ for two dogs. I wish they had like a section outside for dogs to pee and do their business. The price was okay.

The room was great for my family of 7. The check-in lady is friendly and polite. When we got into our room after a long day at Disney, we forgot forks and spoons, so I went downstairs to ask if they had any. She was able to give me some. Breakfast wasn't the best, but it was okay. It'll be better if they have scramble eggs, bacon, and sausage patties. Overall, everything was good. Would come back here again.

Parking fee of 23$ per day which was not listed in the web when I checked Coffee maker was not working. The coffee wire was very short and couldn't even plug in There was no sugar or anything kept for morning coffee

Just Mediocre : including staff and Breakfast. Many little things that wouldn't cost much for the property to improve upon would make for a much better experience and ratings. For example put soap dispensers in shower, have more than a Waffle for breakfast. Have Wifi that has more than 1Mb/s. Have a coin machine in laundry service - (5.00$ max a day was given by front desk? )

Everything was very miss match for the amount paid on the room window curtains were super stained outs on lamps didn’t work , lightbulbs all around were different color , height on each side of bed lamp were different sizes , switches were all crooked not to mention the amount of accumulated dust on the restroom like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while , Tv was always saying te connecting and shutting off all the time ac kicked in like at 2 in the morning where it wakes you up for us to turn off the last thing that’s the worse all damaged walls and restroom door that had previous damage the just put putty on them and didn’t sand them just painted over them which is very horrible .

Th room was very spacious overall and really good privacy .

I didn’t like that I had to pay an additional fee to park in addition to an already overpriced room.

For the price I paid I was expecting a lot more. The fact that the room was almost $400 for one night and then I had to pay $20 for parking on top of that is not ok. I also had to put down a $100 deposit for possible damages to the room and that is supposed to be refunded in 3-5 business days as opposed to the day I check out. I should have drove a little farther to pay less for a room and to get more from another hotel.

You can tell the sheets were not changed from the previous guest. Neither was the showers cleaned which was noticeable because there was hair on the walls of the shower and the bathroom smelled old.

They charged twice the cost of the room and nobody in the staff could reverse the double charge, they told me I have to wait but they didn't how long. That's means they overcharged my credit card balance and I had to prepaid it to paid the shopping buys, other hotels and cost. I left the hotel 2 days ago and still have the double charge and the security deposit.

Beds are very uncomfortable has sunk in areas. Pillows were horrible. For what i prayed there i could have stayed across the street at the Marriott
