Everything is falling apart or.having issues. But staff really was awesome and tried very hard to make a good of lots failed equipment.and worked really hard to keep us happy.

Property being remolded carpet was tore, shower had cuts on the wall. No Liner in shower just dirty curtain the water backed up in the shower when showering. Towels very small and hard, neighbors loud until 3 am. Beds are comfortable but don't have zip up cases on them or pillows. Both dirty I think they should have zip up cases due to bed bugs and body fluids. Overall is was ok.

The coffee was horrible! Tasted like cleaning solution.

There was a plumbing leak and I had to switch rooms. The room I was moved to didn't have most necessary equipment like a trash can chair or blow dryer. I had to bring it to the replacement room from the first room. Very awkward. However it was a comfortable place to stay. I stayed a total of Three nights.

Our first room was so dirty and had mold and standing water behind and next to toilet. The toilet itself was dirty with visible feces on it 🤮. We were able to switch rooms and the new one was okay, much cleaner, but still a lot of dirt and debris on the ground. I definitely think this place is severely understaffed in cleaning and they need to be trained to clean a room, not just make a bed. Large parking lot that was practically empty all night, and witnessed 2 separate guests ask for a refund while I was checking in. I would not stay again because they really need to do a room sweep and make sure rooms are safe before offering them to guests.

Our new room was decent. Clean beds. Breakfast was surprisingly good with large space in conference center. Waffle maker was popular and didn't want to wait for it. Parking right in front of the door.

Was only able to stay in the room from 330 am till 11am on Sunday morning which was not a very good deal and the room was disgusting, stains all over the bed and bedding and bathroom was horrible, the door was kicked in and would not close to the bathroom and the toilet was leaking water and was not functioning properly, had to take lid off back and play with the float to get it to refill, water to the toilet was turned off when we got to the room, this place was a nightmare.

The room itself was not clean, there were cigarette burns in the covers on our beds, and we ordered a non smoking room. It was also non swept or mopped, dirt in the bottom of the bathtub. TV and TV remote did not work. AC filters/vent was also full of dust. When we went to have breakfast, there were no utensils for the waffles as far as removing the waffle from maker. The waffle maker was dirty.

All of the staff was polite, respectful, and quick to take care of our needs.

First 2 rooms heater damaged, stains on sheets and carpet, finally the 3rd room has a heater in working conditions. Evident lack of maintenance, tv system completely disconnected, I need to connect every wire in directv, nasty pillows, I don't recommend to go with familly

I don’t like the fact that we reserved a room for three people and only had one towel and no toilet paper. The phone didn’t work and when I Gia on got a hold of the front desk and asked for fresh towelS and toilet paper I was told she would be right down with them and never showed. When I called again several hours later I finally got a roll of toilet paper but still no towels. The guy on duty told me I could go to laundry and get them myself. Then I was told they didn’t have enough towels to go around.

When I got there they gave me the king suite which I had made reservations for and when I got in the room somebody had already laid down in the bed slept on one side of it used a towel in the bathroom and there was mud on the floor and when I went down to get an extra sheet blanket or towel there weren't any

Room had big stain on carpet, food left in freezer frozen to fridge, food crumbs on the towels left in bathroom, walls in entire room looked dirty and in need of repair, shower looked dirty. Waited till I got home to shower. Used my own blanket to sleep with because i was unsure of how clean the sheets really were since there was a stain on one of the comforters. Went to eat breakfast at 8:30 and only thing there was enough waffle mix to make a waffle, a few tiny muffins and some apples.
