You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was huge and had a jacuzzi. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. There were tables for eating, a sofa, two comfy chairs, a desk, microwave, fridge and more. The breakfast was good. A very nice room.

This was one of the nicest places I have stayed at. The smell in the place was so clean, the rooms were clean and smelled so good. They also did a great job of keeping people safe as possible from covid.

They maintain the water temperature at 104° without any controls for guests to adjust, resulting in a moderately warm tub instead of a hot tub. Furthermore, the jets are awkwardly positioned so they do not reach your mid or upper back, thereby making it challenging to receive a massage..

United States of AmericaBeing it was slower around the holiday I requested a room close to exit doors, I realize people can bring dogs, I love animals but with that being said, they put a family with small kids and a braking dog in the room next to us , so no rest with slamming doors and dog barking all night, when clearly there were 3 other rooms that were open
