The pool was shut down because the city deemed it a health hazard, ice machine was broken and when I went to eat breakfast there was a very rude older couple staring at me and then barging in front of me to grab at whatever I was trying get for my daughter in a wheel chair

I had some issues with hot water not being available or running out very quickly. Also, there was no towels available when we went down swimming when we asked for some.

I like the newly remodeled rooms. It is spacious. Heater and ac work great. Comfortable beds. Clean. The pool is nice and clean. Hot tub is also a great plus of having.

There was NO hot water for us to take showers after a long drive. I heard some other customers complaining about this and so I did not mention it to the person at the front desk. The bed sheets also had some dark stains on them. The breakfast options were also sub-par. Burnt eggs, few add-on options, old orange juice from the freezer, no tissues readily available, and no to-go cups for coffee.

Price was nice for a quick stay overnight. I like that I would be able to cancel the hotel even that same day.

Waited for 20 minutes for someone to show up and check us in. Was told that our room was on a floor that the elevator did not work on, was promised a 10% discount if we took it! We did and when checking out did not get a discount on our stay! Not worth the price of a room where there is no security and where crime is all over! But it is Albuquerque what do you expect!!!

The shower curtain in the bathroom was to small & didn't close all the way.

No concerns to report about the breakfast. The helper did his job. Made sure everything was refilled in a timely manner. He did great. I didn't get his name, but he may have been early 20's black male. The front desk clerk, I think her name was Sonia, was very helpful with getting me settled in. If you got a room on the 3rd floor the elevator only went to the 2nd floor & you had to take the stairs & she explained that to everyone coming in. She was able to place me on the 2nd floor. The hot tub was not working, which she did inform us at check-in. Which we didn't use, but she did inform us. The rooms were clean, once checked in the house keeper came to the room to check to see if it was okay. Didn't get her name, but she was very friendly. I did have to call the front desk due to loud music which sounded like a party & within 2mins the problem was taken care of. Overall I had a good stay & would return.

The renovation was nice but you could still tell it was an old building. The room as a little musty too.

Motel was beautiful but they were super short of staff. Had to wait 30 minutes to check in . No towels in the room. Evidently no one had towels everyone was at the desk asking for some. Handed a pile of towels not even folded.

The hotel itself felt old and run down. But they had renovated the rooms. The elevator was old, tiny, and appeared to have had something spilled in it or a boy dog had peed. The location felt very sketchy, and you have to basically drive down an alley to get to the hotel. When we did arrive there was an armed security hairs in the lobby which was unsettling. The woman working the desk was incredibly unhelpful and rude. And we booked a king room, and she saisis they didn’t have any and that she put us in a queen isntead and it would be the same price. Would definitely NOT stay here again.

The room itself was very large and nice. That was it though.
