Some of the Staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. Side doors would not open with the key so had to walk around.

Breakfast wasn’t tasty or good compared to other hotels La Quinta, no housekeeping, etc

Everything was good but average compare to other hotels La Quinta we have stayed in other states. Breakfast wasn’t good set, staff wasn’t friendly.

The bathroom had mildew growing in the shower and around the bathtub. There was dirt and stains on the sides of the bed skirt. We had issues getting into the building from the side entrances either the card didn’t work or the door wouldn’t open. Had to get assistance 2 times to get our door to unlock.

Pool was very nice. Looked very inviting unfortunately i didn’t bring my bathing suit. Staff was very friendly and even after I had issues with my card they helped get it fixed. Hallways were very clean.

For such a nice hotel, the hallways and elevators could have used a little more attention. Also the breakfast was a little lacking, but not bad.

Markings on the elevator! district foul smell! It was not good at all! Caulking in 330 in the shower was separately so the restroom felt disgusting. Room is definitely hotter than 332. Our room contains heats more which made our room hotter. Uncomfortable night. The elevator was broke so we had to take the east elevator to walk all the way to west wing which the hallways stink atrociously!

The location is a plus. The domain it's a nice place to stay it. The bus to go to Austin downtown is 2 blocks from the hotel. Supermarkets and bars are so close to the hotel. It's a quiet and relax place

I loved the shower. I just wished that there was a tray or dish in the shower to put soap and shower stuff in to hold it.

Looks like they are needing some renovations. Some areas are a little rundown. We had to change rooms because of the black mold coming from the ac unit. The staff was quick to help. The new room made all the difference in the world! The breakfast was decent. Waffle machines were down.

Room has a wet carpet smell and yet the area around the AC was wet. There was a leak at the restroom that woke me at at 3 am it had a fast flow, I called the front desk they just threw some towels on the floor. I asked the am staff about the situation and the night staff did not report the problem. The beds not comfortable at all already super old.

We could hear the man next door. He stayed in his phone and was very loud. The adjoining door made it sound like he was right in the room with us. made us feel uncomfortable to have conversations knowing he could probably hear us. The elevator looked a little sketchy as well. It seemed to work fine but panel was missing and showing wires. 😬

The location was the best for our stay celebrating our anniversary. The room and modern and clean. The breakfast was better than other basic hotels.

We had no towels in room or wash clothes are carpets are nasty toilet made a funny noise constantly husband is a light sleeper door to bathroom couldn’t cancel the noise

The breakfast was the worst part, very basic with only eggs and sausage every day and didn't even have sauces. It could be vastly improved by a selection of fresh fruit, some proper condiments, adding some additional items to the breakfast and not using paper/plastic cutlery and crockery.

The hotel was clean, comfy and good value for money.

I didn’t like that my TV did not work in my room. So I didn’t have any kind of entertainment that was provided. To be fair there was also a storm previously that day.

I like the location of the property and the cleanliness of the property and the decorations inside the property

Host at main desk seemed disinterested in job. Had to ask for clean towels the second nite.
