The toilet seat was VERY loose and the bathtub did not drain. There was no beverage vending machine on the second floor. My key stopped working before checkout time. Not all employees were wearing a mask.

Air conditioner worked well, Netflix was available.

The room had an oder… it was old & dingy.. not very well maintained. The sink didn’t drain well..it was just not worth what we paid for it..

The bathroom shower drain kept clogging, it made the water go down slow. After you flush the toilet it smelled liked sewer water. The maids kept insisting on cleaning my room when I was told you had to ask for service. It made me very uneasy to be in the hotel period or even leave out for awhile.

I like the location of the hotel and how it was near restaurants. I like the ice machines were on the same floor. Most hotels they are not. Check out was ok as well.

Very clean. However, there was a male staff worker who kept knocking on my door in the king apartment suite saying that there was a call from my room asking about electrical issues. This happened twice. He was being extremely nosey wanting to look at my room.

Housing keeping knocking on the door saying i was loud and i know i wasn’t, i was so busy trying to get some rest… For her to knock on my door saying what she said was a shock ,But other then that the stay was okay

Halls and rooms rough around the edges. Needs updates and deep clean. Had King bed with 3 tiny pillows. Tipped housekeeping to bring more pillows. They agreed there shud be more pillows. Didnt want to walk in room without shoes. Wiped chairs and handles with clorox wipes.

Employees were friendly and helpful. Especially Robin. Common area for bkfst was nice with prepackaged items (we only had coffee) Bed and EXTRA pillows made for a good rest. Great location .

Keeping the rooms clean daily. We still paid for the service. Asking for towels and toilet paper.

Disception concerning rooms made up every other day and at request. I observed both instructions and still returned at end of third day of stay with room unserviced...beds, no fresh towels, trash unemptied. I was told no request was seen.. 🤔Yes I handed towels and soaps...unsatisfactory!

Front desk wasn’t very friendly. Had to ask for bags for grab and go. Room smelled musky, carpet dirty. One little bottle shampoo. No lotion

Very dirty, carpet in halls and stairway were filthy. Room had stains on curtains, bedding and floor. Smelled like smoke through the building. Not worth the price. Location was great.

I always Lysol my room, can’t be too safe and the mattress is disgusting. Terrible stains. There were crushed potato chips on the floor by my bed stand. The toilet seat slid around when we sat on it.

Staff was very nice. I really enjoyed that Buffalo Wild Wings was right next door.

There isn’t a lot of pool towels, it’s only a certain amount and once those get used up there aren’t any more for them to put out.

The hot tub was shut down. The pool got shut down due to someone throwing up .....most hotels have that resolved overnight. The main reason we went was to swim and the hot tub. The room I wanted and thought I booked and assured was not the room I was given so I ended up paying more plus 2 pet deposits

When we came on Saturday night about 9 there were a lot of people in the parking Lot which was quite full. ( it was a beautiful Spring evening, and as the motel is no smoking. Perhaps people were out to smoke. But when we entered our 4 th floor room, it was totally freshly painted and everything looked new, except the tub. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding and towels were clean and new. Our room was very comfortable and adequate. A few of the finishes were not done quite right, but I’ve found that true in more modest and upper -class motels too.

The breakfast was quite good. I’ve seen places with 2 waffle makers, and this motel could use a 2nd one, as it was a popular choice.
