The elevator was old and dirty. I will also expected to be picked up at the airport but my flight was delayed and the hotel shuttle did not had service at 11pm

The hotel is under renovation, I mean, we were in an area already renewed, was very good, but there is some noise but on the lobby area, in the rooms is very quiet..

The hotel is clean and the breakfast is decent, the shuttle is of course a good thing to be mentioned, takes you to the hotel and backwards, but in our case we called the hotel to tell them that we were there

I would like to use the pool in the morning for refresh before next flight but it Is open after nine o'clock. It is a pity.

We were at La Quinta for the third time And we are satisfied here. It is quiet place with very comfortable beds. This time we had room with two qeensize beds and that was really great. Last time we had smaller room And my husband needed to sleep on sofa. But now it was perfect. There was new cosmetics in the bathroom, very nice. I like the pool, but this time we did not use it, because we came late in the evening. Breakfast was adequate, American style, coffee, tea, milk, flavored yogurt (white would be appreciated), nothing fresh except an apple and the option to make your own waffles. The staff at the reception was matter-of-fact, not particularly friendly but very polite. The lady at the breakfast was very nice. Thanks and I think we will visit this place soon again

Staff was rude. You can see all of the mess from remodeling in the lobby. They even had a mattress in one of the rooms in the lobby that you could see

Many details not finished after renovation. There was a bed sheet pined with thumb tacks over the window, very bad detail! There are no black out curtains, too much outside light coming in at night. Bathroom doors won't close so imposible to have privacy.

Great mid size hotel very close to the airport. Beds were super comfy, rooms modern, spacious , well laid out. TV was great. AC was new and worked great. Continental breakfast was very decent. Shuttle bus was timely and efficient. Close to restaurants. Lovely and plenty of towels great bathroom amenities like bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion above what we expected

I didn’t like the bathroom water was coming from the other room water pipes must get repaired. The shower chair for wheelchair users is in bad condition dangerous someone can fall. Customer service needs improvement

The staff was so rude and mean. I am a bubbly person but I avoided them at all costs. They kept implying upon my check-in that I smoke (I do not). If you smoke outside you must air out and spray yourself or they will keep you deposit. I was told my cash deposit would be given back after they checked the room.....they didn't even check. There was no microwave in the renovated room but there was a place for it. Then there is a nice shower but no where to place your soap while you wash. I found a side door to use so I would not have to talk to them. I extended my stay for almost an extra week and they were giving me a hard time with that....wanting another deposit when I gave them cash. They were nice to the men...perhaps a culture thing. Loved the room but doubt I will return due to the staff being so rude.

The staff. My entire 9 day stay…the only staff that made me feel comfortable was a lady….a white American lady who was beyond friendly. The guys….be prepared for them to stay in their phone while you wait at the counter for help, they have attitudes and act like you are bothering them. I was going to go back but it was just the staff….they made me avoid the lobby and them.

My room was so nice, and it was quiet for the most part they even came and made my bed and cleaned when I took off my Do Not Disturb sign and put my little baby sloth twin stuffed animals back leaning in the pillow to watch tv while I was gone.

Food still very American... 😛 but ok at all.

We visit La Quinta near IAH each year just for 1 night through our trip to Roatan, and this year they have spent lots off efforts to renovate the rooms and hotel - it looks so much better than last year's and we were happy to have 1 night in a ready made room. Really improved our stay a lot! Good job!

It was a basic breakfast but acceptable for the price. I am vegetarian and I think some extra vegetables and fruits which are cheap to get and look good might lift the overall experience.

Shuttle is not 24hrs. It should be made clear that the shuttle starts operating at 5:00am. Make it known that the shuttle pick up is terminal C.

Pool was closed for maintenance, initially I was given a room that was already occupied by someone else! The carpets in the hallways need to be replaced and there are lots of simple maintenance things that could easily and inexpensively be taken care of to give this property a better rating.

Location is great, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was okay. Staff was friendly and helpful.
