You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

New ZealandThe location is a bit loud due to traffic as it’s on a main road. I wouldn’t go walking around at night, and I’d suggest they lock the door to the stairs - but also not sure whether they lock this at night.
Big clean room, comfortable bed, all the tv channels that we didn’t get in Vegas, had free breakfast which was better than I have had elsewhere - eggs, sausages, waffles, fruit etc. I was able to use the computer and printer. Free parking.

MexicoIt's very close to Sofi Stadium (walking distance), and Kia Forum, but the location and neighborhood are not the most comfortable to walk. It doesn't feel unsafe, however, I would recommend moving around by Lyft or Uber if you don't bring your vehicle (10-12 minute ride to Kia Forum).
The building may be slightly old, but it is well-maintained both inside and out. The room was clean and fresh with no unpleasant odors. Free parking is included on the property (it's not something you find often in the area), and a banner is provided during check-in to identify your vehicle as a guest. Inside, the bed is made with clean sheets, and towels were crisp and new. Everything mentioned in the description is available. Shower had great pressure and more than enough hot water. At the breakfast room, everything was great. They have a self-serve station with omelettes, sausages, waffles, bagles, bread, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, and more. There were also juices and cereal available. There is always someone around to clean counters and tables, ensuring a hygienic environment.
