Having to pay for parking. I never stayed at a hotel that I had to pay for parkand it doesn't say that when you book it.

The room was nice and clean the staff could have been a little bit friendlier.

Payed $12 for overnight parking. This was an unexpected extra charge that I am not used to for this type of hotel. if they had told me upon making the reservation, I probably would have made it anyway, but they should not spring that on you at check-in. They also charge a $75 security fee instead of the usual $50.

The bathroom walls saying the tub was sinking in. The bed had a huge dent in it on the right side. The lamp on the left side of the bed did not work. The microwave made this loud and weird noise when warning your food. The iron had black residue on it as if someone placed it on the carpet hit then put back in the closet. The room didn't smell clean and the lighting was very dark throughout the hotel.

I didn't like to much of anything.

Breakfast was mediocre, but adequate. It was a continental breakfast with fresh fruit assortment, juice, coffee, waffles, cereal, boiled eggs, and bagels/bread. Due to short staffing, it was difficult to keep the breakfast supplies stocked. We ended up grabbing coffee after waiting for nearly an hour for it to be refilled, then getting breakfast elsewhere.

The stay was not bad. However, had to wait over 30 minutes to check in with over 15 people. Was working one computer then the other two came back up. Only One elevator working. Also, the hotel was at capacity. Went to eat breakfast and the one worker stated ran out of options. No syrup, no cereal, no hot water to make oatmeal, no yogurt. Very minimal. Also, need to clean the ceiling in the bathrooms. Could see the mold. Need to have charging ports near the beds.

Staff at front desk pleasant. Nice hotel overall for the age of the hotel. The workers were trying and helpful.

I waited over an hour for the shuttle calling several times & speaking with staff and informing them where I was at the airport which was airport shuttle pickup. I was told after 50 minutes that they didn’t have a shuttle so we needed to go to the rideshare area & then a Lyft was waiting for us. Ultimately we got to the hotel but the communication was lacking informing us it was a Lyft not a shuttle & the pickup location. The staff was pleasant when we arrived. The hotel room & common areas need a deep cleaning. The hallways & lobby need a really good vacuum and wipe down as there was stuff all over the carpets & the elevator walls & floors were sticky. The room itself was mostly clean but I found hairs in the tub when I went to shower, on the toilet & the sink. The room smelled badly of mildew but it looked nice overall. There were also ants coming from the ac unit.

It was close to the airport & the room was decorated nicely.

The bedside light switch didn't work. We had to loosen the bulbs to turn off the lights. The breakfast area was disgusting. It was messy and the counter tops were covered with debris.

The hotels location is convenient for me to visit my family.

The pictures of the hotel looked like it had more breakfast then it did and the snack machines and walls werent filled up, room was warm not cold but other than that it was a great stay
