Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The shower water pressure was terrible. That was the worse shower ever at a hotel. I seen other reviews where people complained so I know they are aware of the issue.

The one issue I had was my vehicle being broken into. Thankfully there was no damage and nothing taken but my vehicle was jimmied open and my belongings gone through.
The hotel stay was pleasant aside from one issue.

They say they are pet friendly. I have a bird in a cage where he sleeps, eats, and poops. He does not get out. He went with us during the day. They charged 67.50 for his stay. I didn't see anywhere that they charged anything. I understand a dog or cat.
Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Large room.

Bathroom was updated but the details of the look was off, you cold tell where the old sink/counter area was. not the most professional remodel. The calk around the shower/tub was not well done and the color was off. Except for that I give the property a 9/10 for maintenance. I would stay there again!

When I arrived there were grasshoppers all over the entrance to the hotel. I imagine there's not much they can do about them, they were everywhere outside but it was a little gross at the start. They were not anywhere else in the hotel!
The room was much bigger than I expected and had everything I needed. The staff was helpful and great.

One of the employees wanting to deny reservation until manager told him he couldn't because his reason was not legit. Manager overall next morning was apologetic over situation and i will continue to go back.

We walked up to a room that was already unlocked. Never encountered that at a hotel before. The room was humid most of the night and the hallway was hot. We had loud neighbors upstairs. We would request a top floor room next time to avoid that. The pool was “being renovated” but we saw no work being performed….just a really dirty pool.
The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast fare. It was good. The location was convenient to our needs. The staff was very friendly.

The only negative thing I have to say is our bathroom had not been cleaned. But other than that we were pleased with everything else.
The complimentary breakfast is actually really good! Usually free hotel breakfasts aren't that great but we enjoyed this one! Many options to choose from. The location is great. The rooms and bathroom are a good size, however our bathroom didn't appear to be cleaned. There was used soap and used shampoo bottles still in the shower. The beds are decently comfortable and you have many different pillows on the bed from firm to soft to choose from. If your trying to save money I'd definitely recommend this location.

Only down fall was the noise late at night, but management took care of it, but it didn’t ruin our stay in anyway!

Disappointed in the bathroom tiles were all broken, felt like I was falling through the floor, just looked very dumpy for the price.. I thought I was going to get a way better room for the price than the Super 8 that was only $62…. so I canceled it for this room. I think this was way too expensive for what we got..
The receptionist was Awesome! nice and friendly! bed was really nice! breakfast was really good!
