Very comfortable hotel with pool, rooms are great and very close to the highway with easy access. It is a good location if having a car

I’m trying to book more nights and having difficulty and the rates are unacceptable Just talked to the front desk and you are asking $140 a night per room for my request Not a happy camper We travel year around and I would like a better business relationship that we all can work together with

Comfortable room and beds. Breakfast can be better. The coffee table going too slow because each cup is plastic sealed without any good reason. Recycled bin are in the room which is good. After we left we sent and email about what left in the room without any response from the hotel.

Our room had an overwhelming musty odor, the walls were dirty, you could tell that the property was older and needs a deep cleaning and some updating, but the staff was very kind.

Breakfast can definitely improve: there was little to no protein (eggs, ham, sausage, etc.).

I feel like 99% of the motels / motels give you until noon to check out. I understand some people might have a few extra items to carry so passing a few minutes is fine. However in the location the check out time was 11:00 am, which i wasn't award of. i figured it was at noon like many other hotels i have previously stayed at. the cleaning lady approached me firsts and explained to her, about the time misunderstanding and moved along to the next room as i gathered all my things together. Maybe 5 min later the front lady knocks and tells me if am ready to check out as i have passed 10 min from my checking out time. I tell her that i wasn't aware of the checking out time a gives me a few minutes more as i tell her am almost ready. Once i see her in the front she gave me this look as i didn't care about the check out time, but i still was nice about it and explained that the afternoon lady didn't explain the checking out time with me. I feel like she and the cleaning lady could of been a little misunderstanding regarding the mix up.

The location was great. the breakfasts was diecious and warm. Room was on the 1st floor which was great and room was indeed really clean.

The interior is very distressed. It looked like someone had tried to break into the room I was in.

Why the toilet paper was so far the toilet, from desk people were kinda just doing their job. Did a good job, but maybe it was not their preferred job.

They offered delicious waffles but ran out of syrup…why didn’t they run to the store and grab some prior to breakfast? Or when they realized they were out. Many people made waffles expecting syrup. Next time, they should send someone to pick some up instead of disappointing so many people that wanted the waffles.
