That comes night time people are loud . last night me and my husband did not get no sleep we call tha office and they couldn't help us on tha complaint.again today they don't hv enough staffing. Hotel gave me a small discount...I think we should of had at least a day.tha 15 should of been our check out tym Recently

Everything was unplugged upon entering the room, sounded like the window was open and we could hear every thing outside, the man at the desk seemed very incompetent and rude. Did not give any direction on where the room was located, continuously asked for my credit card after telling him 3 times I was paying with cash. Tried to charge me $175 after I told him I had a room reserved and it had my price as $96.

Had to walk to stairs on far end to access our rooms on the opposite side tub was slow to drain standing in water while showering

Wifi wouldn't work - "security certificate" not accepted No central light / no light switch on way in Way out of town centre, had to drive in each day Dubious fellow guests - kids running back and forth outside at 1am!!!

How dirty the bathrooms are left. I had to switch rooms 3 times. 1st rm clogged toilet and tub when I used the plunger it started pouring all over the floor. Moved to another...... Walking in, there is a man sleeping I mean scared the poor man and myself. Back to counter person I go...... So my 3rd room, bathroom is just dirty doesn't look swept nor mopped the curtain has mold stains the mirror has smudges.

Breakfast. So nevermind what things look like or location. I've always said it's what you live like inside ok. So having guests in your hotel/motel you want your staff to at least make sure your counters are wiped down especially where food is. Honesty just a mess. Uncalled for, very little selection.

I didn't know that they had a deposit upon registration and the person who is setting up the so called breakfast didn't use gloves to handle the food she was using her hand and they only serve waffle and cereal and toast that's all no fruit or healthy options

The fact that I found a place to rest my head.

I had the opportunity to experience the breakfast but didn't enjoy it because it was a poor setup and really wasn't good at all. All sorts of people, dirty. My room was tempered with more than once. And i can't understand.

The shower head was ready to pop off. It leaked. The old crud around the bathtub was gross.

The bedroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. Would be great if they had cribs.

The crazy and dangerous looking people sleeping outdoors, but that seems set to grow as the middle class erodes.

There isnt much you could have done better. It is a shame to see hard working Americans stuck living at a pricy hotel in a neighborhood where the poorest ones sleep nearby in tents in front of Walmart and beside the freeway. Capitalism broke my country, so I chose to not live there. Friendly front desk staff working 2-3 jobs to make ends meet. Where is the justice in a country where I once lifted myself out of welfare to own a home after 10yrs. of hard work.

the refrigerator in the room wasn't working and when we opened it, it smelled bad. it was dirty and water was just sitting for days.

The outside was not clean, the towels were stained and filthy, and the shower had to be fiddled with to work.

The room seemed nicer. Much better than anticipated.

Location was kind of meh. Pool was not able to be used and the free breakfast they offer is over by like 9am. There where dogs barking constantly after 12am. Some lamps where out the entirety of our stay (there are no overhead lights either), and tho we asked we didn’t get changes of towels. The bath clogged the first 5 minutes you stood inside it. The area is not one I would like to be out in after dark, and some guests and people around the hotel seemed every hostile. The microwave did not have a plate to set your food on.

Staff was friendly. Room was pretty clean.

Lora, one of the front desk staff. She was rude to me multiple times and very unprofessional.

Mgmt at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. Lora accused me of having extra people staying in my room that I didn't have in my room. And when I tried to tell her that I didn't, she told me to be quiet and stop arguing with her or she would kick me out and DNR me!! And she did it loudly in front of other guests, embarrassing me, to say the least.

We stayed there a week before this trip and there were a lot of Nats in the room and nothing was done nor did they change our room and this last time the shower drain was plugged up and once again nothing was done...

The room smelled like smoke when we open the door the first time. The floors were not clean, the coffee maker in the room did not work, the phone was not connected, the alarm clock was not connected, and the bathroom toilet was not flushing properly - had to hold the flush handle down until the water went down.
