We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

They have removed the refrigerators the microwaves in the safes. Not good!

The door on rm didn’t latch well. Latch was really loose. Had to wrestle the handle and lock to the door to open and close it. Put a chair in front of the door just in case. Bathroom door dust open/shut smoothly.

front desk check in lady was decent, check out in the morning not so nice and breakfast ends at 9am. there was a weird door between our room that felt like if you opened it you’d be in someone else’s room

Compared to other La Quintas that we have stayed at this property appeared pretty run down.
The only positive is that at least the room was clean. It appears that the room was in the process of updating.

Rude staff girl in front desk said she couldn’t find our room that was paid for online already she was just in a hurry to go home and didn’t want to bother trying to find it until we asked another staff member who took her place after she left and was able to find our reservation…. And our room had Simone dirty underwear hiding behind the restroom door and trash was not thrown in the room also found empty cereal boxes whine the dresser

The first thing that went wrong was the toilet backed up on the first use. Then the TV remote didn't work. There was mold around the tub and no stopper for the sink.
The room was comfortable enough. I know they are in process of remodeling but maybe they should close till they get a little further along with the process, finish a few rooms and then be open for business.

Rusted shower head in bath. Old and dirty bathtub. Shoddy caulk work in bathroom. Doors that are hard to close. Paint peeling off the front door. Forty walkways and parking. Old and deprecated paint. Cockroaches in room (2-3) Extremely uncomfortable pillows.

The room did not seem clean though, I had to wipe it down myself. There was stains on the chair and the back on the bed on the floor was dirty. For one night it was ok. But again, I did have to clean before I settled down..
The check-in guy was super nice and welcoming. It was close to the arena that we were attending in event to and right next to the freeway which was convieniant for traveling.

A sign said all the property was nonsmoking; there were cigarette butts all over the area. It seemed no one picked up after their pets, dog droppings were all over the area. Property was very worn; needing maintenance (the elevator, sink did not drain well -- had to pull the stopper out of the sink to get to drain. I was very concerned about the people that seemed to be wondering the property late night.

Everything was okay except. For when we left they double charged us a single charge on 2 different credit cards. A credit card my son has booked the room on line with booking.com and our credit card as well. I'm not very happy about this at all.

There was only a single set of towels in the bathroom. Additionally there was no trashcan in the restroom area at all.( I moved one from the room area to the bathroom area). There was hair in the sink and drain and the bathroom counter was dirty. While this was not terribly inconvenient, having to wipe down the sink and counter before use was a salient.
I enjoyed the breakfast options that were available.(Waffles, Bagels, Muffins, cereals, fresh fruit, and more). We were on the first floor next to the pool and foot traffic was not bothersome. There is a coffee machine with both tea and coffee readily available.

Cats everywhere! Location is filled with homeless people. Vending machine would not accept money, had to go to gas station for drinks. Breakfast is nothing compared to la Quinta’s north location
The room was relatively clean. Beds had small, black pieces of dirt on them. Most corners of room were dirty with molding noise. Door lock was loose and hanging off which caused us to be locked out of our room at one point
