Nobody has cleaned the desk and table,there are lot of dusts and stains .

First there was stale cigarette smoke smell upon entering the room. There was Scotch tape on the window curtain box. One washcloth and one hand towel, two shower towels. Housekeeping did not replace the used shampoo, empy the filled garbage or coffee pad the first morning. They did refill everything the second day after I asked the desk to do so. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector that wasnt addressed after complaining and showing the desk photos of the detector. Nothing was done after my second complaint either. This was a major safety concern so I lifted the bag up as far as I could reach

The room was large and comfortable. AC worked well. Fridge, microwave and coffee pot are always great to have

Room was disappointing. Beds were very uncomfortable and hard. Room needs a deep cleaning and a lot of maintenance. Also need to put a stand in room for fridge and microwave. They had it on the floor. Shower rod was so loose curtain was sliding down it. Window screen was blowing loose . Entry door sticks . Plugs loose. Etc. we were disappointed . We know everyone is short on help. But we never would have survived our jobs if our rooms looked like that .we worked in the hotel over 25 years .

It was run down and in need of renovation- the bathroom was in terrible shape with water running from tub faucet. After asking for a room switch new room had questionable stains on the bed cover.

Filthy! We changed our room twice only to find the new room in the same condition…dirty. Stained sheets, dusty floor, floor under bed full of dust mites and garbage from other people from previous stay(s), vent was dusty….list goes on. Breakfast was included with our stay, but the overall cleanliness of the hotel left a bad taste in our mouth that my husband and I opted out eating breakfast here. We were very dissatisfied with our stay and they already lost our trust after we changed our room for a second time to only be disappointed again! We will not go back nor will we stay at this chain again. We do NOT recommend

My room , I changed 3 times due to screaming children who were unmanaged by the front desk. I call 4 times to complain All the front desk person shared was” I’m trying “. There was garbage in large bags on the 4 th floor and overflowing garbage next to the elevator. The room had a cracked sink and the wall had scratches and needed paint. The hallway rugs were very dirty and in need of cleaning. I believe people are living in the rooms and I did not feel safe out side of the hotel walking my dog.

It was not worth the experience at all.

Staff are so what rude..the room is outdated. Def not fit for a tall person..it said there was a pool but it's two buildings up. Not walking outside in winter conditions

Smoke alarm in the room went off at 5:30 am & woke me up...continued to beep every few seconds until I checked out at 7:30 am. I told front desk at checkout but the woman took $20 off the tab. Didn't expect that but was pleased.

We came into our room door wide open and not finished being cleaned. Bathroom toilet was disgusting, floors dirty throughout the room. When the cleaning woman told us the room had been trashed by people from the DSS who were living here before us, and we realized we were put on the same floor, in a disgusting room, my child and I were very uncomfortable. I was here a month earlier, and I was on the floor with others that I felt unsafe around. Today being told the situation, I realize why I was feeling that way. Patrons should be made aware ahead of time, and kept on separate floors if they choose to stay at this property. I can’t tell you how upset I am with this situation. Everyone has a right to live in a place where they have shelter and warmth, but this is unfair to the people who think they are staying in a safe, clean hotel/motel. To put us in a room that was far from ready on a mixed floor is disturbing to say the least.

no information in room on location, places to go, the hotels services. We had to call to find out if you had coffee in the morning. The coffee pot in room only had one cup (and was terrible). Not enough parking. We came back the first night and had a hard time finding a place to park because people were playing a game in the parking lot. We had to park in the handicap parking. The hotel needs to upgrade the rooms and it was not as clean as I would have liked. The floor in bathroom was dirty and the vent in the bathroom covered in dust. Some improvements are needed for us to stay there again.

When we walked into our room we seen that someone was just laying on 1 of the beds, the person left items in the room. We told the staff and they wouldn't change our room or do anything to help fix the issue.

The hotel was dirty it smelled like smoke and mold. The bathroom in our room had mold all over. It was disgusting. We were only allotted the toilet paper and tissues that were in the room and they weren't even new.

The location was just right for what we needed.
