Tea, coffee and hot water werent replenished in the evenings so you couldnt get a hot drink. Also no oats at breakfast so your choices were sugary cereal, waffles or scrambled eggs. Service and cleaning were just adequate but in lione with the price.

Great value for money. Staff were pleasant. If you like waffles the breakfast was good.the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean enough. The rooms were large wo good for our family of 4 in one room.

Unserviceable items

I can tell they are trying to make the place better little by little. Management needs to do a daily walkthrough of the rooms for serviceability. I have stayed here a number of times and there is always something wrong with the room that just seems to be missed. Like a very loose shower rod, broken chair, front door too loose to be secure or lamp outlets that don’t work. Plus, occasionally, a room that is obviously smoked in. Simple things that shouldn’t be unnoticed. Breakfast is okay but on the lower standard of what a Wyndham should be. They need to make the coffee more consistent and keep both pots full with sugar and creamer always stocked. Don’t be surprised if they are out of one of the above. There is only one working elevator and it’s sketchy so be prepared to wait. Plus, another easy fix are the missing tiles where the elevator door opens. However, the staff is pleasant and the place is generally clean and you won’t worry about your car in the lot at night. Overall, I would give a 6.75 rating. Most of that is for trying and whoever does the suggested walk-through should be a woman to get a better perspective of what a customer will see.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was that there was only one elevator working at the time we went. That is all.

The property was overall what I expected from LaQuinta Inn and Suites. I liked that they had breakfast. We had issues with the shower not having hot water but the young lady changed out our room and made sure we were accommodated

The hotel needs to repaint and repatch some of the walls in the hotel and rooms. It would make the look and feel more comfortable.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very affordable, and the breakfast was hot, delicious, and had a good variety to choose from.

Was in a room on the third floor that really smelled like smoke.

They try really hard to make an ok hotel better than it really is.

The elevator was not working which was very inconvenient since my boyfriend uses cane and steps are very difficult for him. I feel elevator should have been fixed in a timely manner or have staff to assist handicap customers.

The room was comfortable but unsure of cleanliness as stains on floor by shower and bags of trash left outside in halls (i have never seen that before) maybe due to broken elevator? Location good and breakfast good

The smell of cannabis in and around the hotel.

I know cannabas is legal; but saw several smoking it right outside hotel when guests are asked to sign off on "no smoking" at check in - guessing that was just inside? Not a fan of the smell but not my business what someone else does if it's legal. Elevator floor missing tile. Breakfast good. Friendly staff.

Staff wasn't friendly and charged me multiple times for the deposit. The elevator is in need of dire maintenance.

The facility is old and some rooms are missing some furniture. One elevator was out of order.

The facility is old and deteriorated, needs real renovation. Good location and plenty of parking spots. Overall, it was below average experience. The staff were friendly and cooperative

The elevators were very slow, because there was only one stopping on 6 different floors sometimes it took 10 minutes just to come. The room could have been a tad bit cleaner were some bugs and old rice left in chairs and on tables.

The staff was super friendly, helpful, and informative. Over all was relaxing and did enjoy my stay.

One of the elevators didn’t work. The working elevator had a board missing as soon as you stepped on the elevator. I had a lot of light coming into my room. I had to put a towel on the floor to block the light.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate.

There are only 2 lifts and one of them was not working which lead to long ques for the lift. There is a small gym in the building. Both tread mills were not working though they have weights and the size of gym is decent. They can also improvise on the breakfast by adding omelets and yogurts.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was decent (not great) while parking is available at the property. The room given to us was spacious and had all the necessary appliances.
