I think the staff is trying to keep it clean however there is a problem. There was cockroachs underneath coffee pot. In room that definitely should not be there. You need to exterminate.

property need lots of work they should replace the carpet and fixed all the work order to be done in good manner I stayed in room 365 they need lots of maintenance cabinets is broken carpet torn bath tub has black mold wall paint come off entry door need to be fixed as well.

all staff are welcome and friendly and the location is very good for all the fun and activities around.

The breakfast was normal for LaQuinta. Laura the front desk lady was kind & helpful. The location was central to the places we wished to go. It is an older hotel & by the interstate. Rooms close to the front of the hotel have less noise.

The breakfast selection. My kids and I stayed for 3 weeks, and the selection didn't change. It was great having a DIY waffle bar, but the only toppings available were syrup, honey, or powdered sugar. It was a popular option for many other guests. But I couldn't help thinking I would've like to have seen some fruit toppings or flavored syrups to change it up a bit. I think for a few days, this is an excellent place to stay.

The value. It's very affprdable. it does offer an actual hot breakfast. This saved me SO much money not having to buy takeout for 4 people every morning. Iwould stay there again. Won't stay any longer than a week.

Very nice breakfast in a large breakfast room and they serve it early, which is convenient for those needing to hit the road. Great freeway access. Walking distance from French and Vietnamese restaurants. The staff were friendly and professional.

Then, a few minutes after entering the room, there was a noise on the bathroom wall, at 9pm. the noise was loud and it sounded like they were drilling into the wall, I thought it was going to stop and I didn't say anything, I managed to sleep at 11:30pm I was woken up by the same noise around 1:00am, I was scared, which in my case as an elderly person with a heart attack is dangerous, I waited and the noise returned, until at 1:30am I managed to speak to the reception, and they made me change my room. room in the middle of the night. Just to record, I decided to record on the voice recorder, everything is recorded. In the morning I spoke to the manager, who didn't even apologize and offered me a 10% discount. I thought it was ridiculous, for all the trouble and I refused, I want a 100% refund of what I paid.

It was a little loud when other rooms used the shower and toilets. The bathrooms could have used an update.

For the price of the room it was well worth it. Enjoyed the comfy beds, breakfast and the pool.
