My hotel room had an adjoining door which I didn't like as a solo female traveler. Also one side of the bed was soaking wet from a previous guest so I had to sleep on the other side of the bed bc it was so late. My pants were soaking wet. Ewww!

The staff weren’t very accommodating I arrived early and was made to sit for two hours to check in early even though I agreed to pay an additional fee. I am a Wyndham rewards member and never have I had to wait to be checked in at any other hotel.

The door randomly wouldn’t open for anybody, including staff, on Easter. All of our stuff was locked in there & they asked us to just accept a new room and get our stuff the next day… obviously we said no, we need our belongings. They promised us two hours and a refund. Never received any refund for the inconvenience. Our bathroom light flicked in our new room. Our new room also had a different tv we were no longer able to access WiFi on.

The pool was nice. Towels were never stocked when I went during my five night stay.

The mattress/bed was terrible. We did not have a remote for the TV, and the maintenance man could not find one. We requested a handicap room, and it was the furthest from the elevator.

Bathtub was small, missing paint, bugs in bathroom. People yelling in hallways after midnight and slamming doors. Hard to get to sleep. Hot tub jets didn’t work.

Upon walking into the lobby there was an overwhelming powerful smell that could be smelt throughout the hotel. The receptionist seemed to never be at the desk when approaching it. The room was not a comfortable temp when entering it and the floors were dirty. Hair could still be seen on the pillows and blankets. When asking the desk for extra bath towels they refused. The phone in the room did not work to call down to the desk. Overall I was unsatisfied with the room & stay.

Property was located in a decent area, lots of shopping and local food.

The hot tub jets were all broken. The breakfast was not as good as it could be (no bacon/ham/sausage). The guy was running the vacuum in the business center where people were working and trying to take work calls

When on arrival I had rented two rooms due to traveling for my four children’s hip-hop & cheerleading competition so we thought if we arrived early we would have a excellent chance of being able to swim and relax in the Jacuzzi when we went to swim we got chased out by so many people in the pool and Jacuzzi. We could not get in there was some many kids eating by the hot tub in the pool adult drinking while the kids were roughhouse playing, staff did not say anything to them due to they felt outnumbered not to mention so we went to the room to order food and thought that it would give them time to clear out when arriving to one of the rooms the bed was broke. The refrigerator did not get cold, and there was no hot water and neither room. After two hours we tried to return back to the pool still could not swim or relax in the hot tub, so we went to the fitness room in there was food all over the floor, a bottle of wine with a Tumblr setting on the treadmill by the same group of people that was out crowded in the pool. Once again cameras in both rooms ( Pool & Fitness room) and staff still never came and corrected the situation so when I ran into all these issues I asked the front staff as in there issues could they credit my account and gave me the rooms at a discount price and he told me sure just at checkout remind us and we will fix the issue not to mention I had to pay $50 deposit for each room and here it is still two days later and ain’t received anything back nor a credit back to my account like I was told not to say when I asked the night gentleman told me he would be the one at the front desk when I checked out so he would make sure it was all taken care of and as I go to checkout I go to check with the issues and now I have a whole different man telling me I need to call the next day to talk to head management but they sure didn’t wait to take the money off my card for them ran down rooms and fitness & pool

The hotel was great the breakfast was fire and I wish I could have these many options to pick from every morning. The hotel is very family friendly

The bathroom had tiles loose, the shower handle was rusted and it was dirty. The beds weren't very comfortable. The bed skirt was stained. The heater was not functioning properly. You were either sweating or freezing.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good.

The hallway on the I floor stayed in smelled like burnt rice grains. I inquired if someone stays long at that unit and was told housekeeping staff lives at that floor. They offered to move me in a different floor though. Breakfast was continental.

The property was in a good location. Breakfast is decent but it’s good that they don’t close the breakfast area exactly at 9 am

On the listing it said it had airport transport to this hotel when we called this hotel we were told no, we had to rent a car at the airport and add an extra day. Horrible experience!

Lack of Hot water prevented us from taking a shower in the morning. Not learning of the pool being closed until check-in was also a disappointment.

Pool and spa are closed, only one ice machine works for all 5 floors . The front desk staff stopped several times to reply personal text messages during check in. 8 parking spots are marked off at the front of the hotel for employees only ( only 1 car park there) , guests must park to the side and back of the hotel.

They have no housekeeping on the weekend, so you have to look for someone to take dirty towels and get new ones. And the same for toilet paper and other things. Pool and hot tub were unavailable to use.
