Very crowded some convention or event going on. Had to wait for elevators. Looks like maybe the place was redone at some point the quality of the work was just ok.

Staff was friendly and despite not finding the reservation was able to work through it.

The main reason I rated this hotel fair was they have a free shuttle service to and from the airport, but the start of the day for the shuttle is 830a. I don't know if anyone told the manager or owner that planes depart Cleveland Hopkins airport starting around 6a, so in my case,I had to be at the airport by 715a,for my 845a departure to go through security. Kind of a disservice to your guests. I had to pay 17.00 from the hotel to the airport with Uber. If I would of known that the shuttle was like that, I would of stayed somewhere else.

The personal were very friendly. The toilet handle was on the right side,the first I have ever seen in my life,kind of hard to flush. The breakfast was pretty good but I had to rush and eat scambled eggs in a styrofoam bowl standing up waiting for my Uber to arrive at the hotel at 7a.

The web site clearly stated airport shuttle. I chose this hotel based on shuttle service. The hours were extremely limited and I had to Uber to the airport incurring additional costs.

I didn't like i woke up to people fighting and arguing and saw a lady naked at 2 am get locked out the room after getting punched in the face.

The pool was cloudy,all these people were loud in the hallway.

-the toilet would not flush and ran the whole time -gave us a room that was not even cleaned then had to show pictures because they didn’t believe us -waited 2 hours for a room even after booking over a week ago -rude employees and not caring that we waited for over 2 hours for a room leaving my daughters friends standing around for her birthday

A dog was barking for hours in another room and a car alarm went off for a very very long time the night before so that was kinda irritating other than that was a nice stay.

The pool was chilly and hot tub was broken. The worker said the water is set to 85 degrees and there is no way that pool was 85 degrees, our lips were blue after 45 min! The walls are very thin and the hotel is pet friendly, we listened to a dog barking most of the night the first night. The smell of weed was overpowering at times, particularly the first night we were there. I did bring it to the front desk attendants attention as I didn't want to be charged the 250 dollar penalty because my room smelled like weed. He said he would take care of it yet 4 hours later it was back and almost triggered my asthma it was so strong. We put towels in front of the door to try to keep the smell out. You will see people bring their pets into the area where the breakfast is being prepared, I watched a large, very fuzzy dog shake as people were cooking their waffles 3 feet away, so unsanitary. That should be a rule. no pets in the food area. I have stayed at better places for less money.

Location was great for our needs. All of the employees were very nice! The best part of the hotel is the employees.

Breakfast was horribly packed , not enough food for the amount of guests at breakfast. My children didn't even eat and the whole point of booking with you was the Breakfast included with our stay. Over booked. Too many unsupervised children in pool. No towels. Hot tub down. Dirty facility in general.

Hot breakfast didn’t have sausage or bacon.AC unit wasn’t working for hours. when it did it was extremely noisy and hard to fall asleep at night cuz of the noise.

The hot tub was closed for Covid (even though the pool was open) this was not communicated to me until after I booked a non refundable room. To make up for it, I wanted a hot bath but my tub had no drain plug. After waiting for a couple hours for them to fix it they ended up giving me an old rag to plug it up with. Also the fire alarm went off at 11:30 but that can't be helped.

Megan was incredible and very helpful, the rest of the staff was polite and did a decent job. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. I didn't eat the breakfast but it smelled amazing and was the full buffet, not just little brown bags.

Location was great. We were told breakfast was at 6. There was nobody at the front desk for 10 minutes. I finally left to catch my flight. We were informed they were doing bagged breakfast when we checked in. That should be conveyed at booking. We were fine with bagged if we were able to get them. Employees were outfront smoking as we left the hotel and we got no breakfast. Coffee should have had cups with covers. We would have reported a leak under our sink but there was nobody there to tell.

Rooms were very modern and lobby area was great. Staff checking us in was friendly.

The floor in the lobby was nasty it was dirty when they mop it you can tell it was mop by a dirty mop.
