Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaNo complaints. Would stay here again.
The lower ratings for the hotel maybe have set my expectations very low, but I was pleasantly surprised. We were in town for a memorial service and just needed a cheap place to stay, and although the outside was just what you'd expect from an older motel 6, the inside was super clean and freshly done. Like usually, I've found that when cheaper motels are renovated, they cut corners or do some things sloppily, but here, everything was tip top, at least in my room. The bed was comfy, the room was nice, clean and the pool was clean and nice also. Staff was not very talkative but no complaints.

United States of AmericaThe outside is pretty rough. If I had judged it solely on my drive up and not gone to check the actual room, I would have left. It leaves quite a lot to be desired and looks really sketchy from the parking lot.
The room was clean, mattress appeared to be quite new, and overall room was totally adequate. The fixtures/furniture was pretty banged up but the cleaning staff is doing a good job making do with what they have.

United States of AmericaNo offense but I had to bomb it. There was roaches. Little disappointed there were no utensils or dishes as kitchenettes usually supply that especially studio. 6. At least the one in Plano had it all. There's a nice one some of the renters made me a little uncomfortable motel 6 is nothing like it used to be

United States of Americawell the outside of the property needs a lot of work. the phone and remote was filthy so use gloves for the remote and use your cell phone. when I walked in I wasn’t greeted. the guy was on the phone speaking with someone in what sounded like Arabic. he was watching the camera on this one particular guy and all I could make out was police. the old restaurant literally on the same property is a eye sore. there was trash everywhere. trash cans were overflowing. when I mentioned roaches the guy called someone and said make sure 119 is clean and doesn’t have roaches. it’s amusing how this place was so run down but literally a block away and the neighborhood is nice
it was close to UNT. I didn’t see any roaches, the room was as clean as it could be

United States of AmericaThe pool when I first got there was a hot mess then they cleaned it and set it up and made it look like they were going to open it and never did granted it rained most of the time but Memorial Day weekend I think the pool should have been opened maybe limited the number of people that could swim at a time but it still should have been opened when you go stay somewhere with a pool you expect to be able to use that pool sometimes like me stay at a place and choose that place because of the pool or because of the amenities and when you're not even allowed to go into the lobby , it makes it seem less friendly. It is harder to speak with someone through a window. And when the rest of the businesses in the area including the Whataburger next door and the McDonald's across the street are starting to allow customers to come inside and dine in the restaurant I think that a hotel should allow you to come into the lobby to to make a payment or Express a concern or ask a question. I understand that with the virus out there still that people are scared but if businesses like McDonald's Whataburger the local gas stations and such are letting folks in with or without a mask the least the hotel and service industry in that form should let people enter to the lobby nobody said they couldn't require a mask or proper protection but still you should be allowed to go in by now and you shouldn't have to wait to use the amenities that most other hotels have already put back into play. That's just my opinion thank you
All the rooms have kitchenettes and regular sized refrigerators so that you can cook for yourself and shop without worrying how to fit it all in a tiny fridge
