Breakfast was ok, but just ok. They didn't have enough regular coffee in the dispenser, and I couldn't wait around for them to brew a new pot. The breakfast choices were ok, although the waffle iron was gummed up with the last rounds of waffles that hadn't been cleaned out. We ended up checking out and going to another restaurant to have breakfast. Elevator had issues - very jittery as it arrived at floors.

Location is very good. Room was clean, and the overall state of the facility was great. They had a decent number of pillows, and the ice maker was right around the corner down the hall. Fridge and microwave in the room was a plus.

The 2nd room was very noisy at night due to it being next to the interstate. No one else was bothered by the noise though. Hot tub bleached our swimsuits.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Each bed had separate rooms, which was nice. Breakfast was good.

Toilet wasn't flushing right. Took a couple of flushes to get it to flush. Hot Tub wasn't working. Timer was broke. Also a suggestion of ADULT ONLY HOURS AFTER 10PM in the pool hot tub area.

As always. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was great. And the bed is always VERY Comfortable. Always VERY CLEAN!

I arrived at check-in and there was already a lady at the front desk waiting for housekeeping to give new towels. When it was my turn, I was told my room was not ready and I had to wait in the lobby. After me, the line of families waiting for a clean room continued to grow. The front desk person was apologetic that no rooms were ready and he said he was "yelling at housekeeping". A second staff was rushing around with a clipboard trying to find rooms for us. I and the other families had to wait in the lobby for awhile. Once we got our rooms, I walked past a crowd of housekeepers laughing and talking together with their cleaning carts in the hallway!! There were still people waiting behind me in the lobby! These maids weren't scrambling around getting rooms ready; they were relaxed and joking together without a thought to all the families suffering in the lobby.

The location near-ish to the airport was what I was looking for.

We were a little disappointed that the hot tub in the pool room wasn’t working properly.

The noise from the road and airport is very loud - the windows provide no protection from the outdoor sound.

Proximity to airport, decent free breakfast and free taxi to airport. Staff were all friendly. Pool was good. Main bed was comfy. Shower was good.

We arrived to check in at 3pm and both my rooms were not ready had to wait another hour. Children should be supervised at the pool.

Tv remote didn’t work half the time. Kids in the pool and was not supervised by an adult. The bed was hard and not comfortable.

They had way to much Chlorine in the pool which I get cause of Germs but it was a little to much . Plus the pool room was super cold but other then that the kids had a awesome time .

The staff was very nice . The entire place was spotless which was awesome . The breakfast was good The kids liked it .
