Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe bathroom air extraction was poor, and some minor signs of mildew could be seen. The noise level from the people walking around past 10 pm was bothersome. There was no coffee maker in the room as advertised.
The room was pleasant, and breakfast was ok. The water pressure was good. The bed was pleasant.

United States of AmericaThe carpet hadn't been cleaned in ages. I used a bath mat to mop up a spill, and it came up black. The bathroom floor was also dirty. Otherwise I didn't notice anything unusual.
The breakfast was good, with buffet-style service of scrambled eggs and sausages, and two of those clever waffle-maker appliances. There was also a good selection of cereals, yogurt, and other breakfast items.

United States of AmericaI stayed in the room number 146 and one of the beds had a very strong smell of urine. I had to sleep with my daughter on the other bed because it was so strong. In the morning I wanted to talk to the manager and the lady in the front desk told me she was busy. I hope they change the bed.
It was close to the convention center.

United States of AmericaOh boy! No frig and no microwave in the room. Night One: an inconsiderate group of tourists from Germany (in their 20's) came through and decided hanging out on the balcony at 11:30 pm drinking and smoking was a good thing. I had to call from my cell phone to the front desk to handle the matter. By 1:00 they went in their rooms. Our room was right in front of the stairs, so everyone coming up could look right into our room. Our mattress - OMG! If you sat on the edge you'd fall into the middle of the bed as it appeared to have been "well used". We didn't even stay in our room for the next two nights to avoid sleeping in a hotdog bun! I called when we were gone and requested another mattress. I was offered another room, so when we returned, we moved to a different room. We moved to room 116 and voila', there was a microwave and a mini-frig! Then the TV in the new room froze! After Maintenance tried to swap out wires, cords and junk, they offered us, you guessed it, another room! I said please just bring us another TV (the NBA playoffs were on)! We got another TV that my husband had to adjust to high hell to even see people. Next: the housekeeping carts are ridiculously noisy and of course our room was right near where they stored them, so out they came between 0700 and 0730! There's lots of echo in the hallways and other guests don't even think about it when they are leaving at the crack of dawn yelling at their kids, their co-workers, themselves, to the other housekeepers... you name it. If you have kids, don't plan on them sleeping-in! OBTW, bed #2 was much better; however, we didn't stay in the room the 2nd to last night so when we returned in the morning of our last night, the room had been "cleaned". I had spilled a drink on the sheet a couple of days earlier, and the sheets had not been changed. The toilet was also filthy (a ring), so it had obviously not been cleaned.
The front staff was nice and responsive. Convenient location.

United States of AmericaWalls are thin. From the traffic outside of the room (other guests going to their rooms, car traffic, constant trains) to being able to hear your travel companion's every bodily function while they're in the bathroom lol. If you're a light sleeper, this might not be for you, or you may want earplugs. Also the hotel could use new beds. They weren't that comfy (uneven, lumpy, kinda hard).
Good location. Hotel was clean. Staff I encountered, including Curtis at the front desk, were friendly and pleasant.

United States of AmericaTV remote was a pain in the a$$$ to use, barely worked, took forever to change channels. The area it was located in seemed quite shady. not a quiet stay. Hot water barely worked as well- it literally took 30 minutes to fill my tub half way, with it opened up all the way, definitely not hot war but warm enough i guess.
was a good room, comfortable bed. Clean for the area, not the best location. Still overall a decent place to stay, not badly priced, probably one of the better hotel in this particular area. Right next to IHOP if you like them.

United States of AmericaThere was absolutely no hot water pressure in the shower. The TV remote didn't work properly. You couldn't control the volume and it was loud. The employee that came to look at it couldn't fix it and said the volume button is always the first to go. The door into the lobby which is locked, needing a room key to enter, was 2 doors from our room. It squeaked so loudly that it kept my husband and myself awake. I explained all of this to the person that was checking me out. And all she told me was that I shouldn't stay on the first floor and no one has complained about the door before. Not very helpful.
The staff upon check-in was very nice and the room was clean
