Not all of the Linens were clean. Some still had spots and stains on them.

The property itself, around the hotel was quite unkempt. They are obviously undergoing renovations, but I almost wish they could shut down while they get the hallways finished. While walking my dog through the hallway, there were a couple razor blades that had obviously come out of a work knife used by the workers doing the renovations. And while our hotel door was shut, we could still hear every little noise in the hallway all through the night and evening. I think this was just due to the fact that the doors hadn’t been completely finished yet. So that part was disappointing. The room itself was beautiful and everything in it brand new.

The property was in very close proximity to restaurants and entertainment.

I cannot think of anything I didn't like other than I think that there should be more washer and dryers . othsr than that my experience was 👌 great!

The pool was nice. The room was nice and the location was my favorite part it was right between a gas station mcdonalds and cracker barrel :)

The breakfast was out of a lot of things both days. The hallway floors were very dirty looking. No tv channels to watch.

The bed was comfortable. The room seemed to be clean. The room had recently been renovated. Glass door on the shower was a big plus. The lady when we arrived was super nice and helpful.

A lot of construction materials around, and parking spots were taken up by equipment and supplies. Pool water was clean, but flying ants were coming out of cracks in the cement.

Located in a cluster of other hotels, so it was easy to find. Hotel manager and worker were very friendly at check in and checkout.

Rooms are great, but hallways still receiving remodeling and remain dank, dirty, and musty. Lots of boxes from remodeling in lobby

The hotel is in the process of remodeling. The rooms and bathrooms have received a significant upgrade from the past. It feels much more comfortable and cleaner. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

It was unexpected that no elevator was available to reach second floor. Stairs are sometimes different for me.

The updated room was comfortable. The new bathroom was exceptional. The room included a fridge, which was helpful.

The outside and hallways had trash due to the renovation.

The room was clean and newly remodeled. The hotel lobby was newly decorated and modern. The staff was very friendly.

Except the renovation my stay was kinda awesome. I am on vacation for two weeks with family. I have one more stay at Chattanooga for two nights. All the stay I chose was excellent except one in Memphis. But here will visit again. When it come to eat you have choices near by. Highway is near by. I am on my way. Thank you.

We had a none smoking room and it smelled heavy with cigarette smoke. The refrigerator didn't work correctly.

They gave me my room 2 hours early which was awesome.. but the cleaning lady didn't clean it on the second day i had to ask for towels and toilet paper at the front desk

The pool was closed, but every pool in town was closed at the time.

After booking and cancelling 3 other properties, I ended up at La Quinta because of their pet friendly policy (no charge - pets totally welcome). Many reviews complained about the construction and grungy hallways. Yes - there is construction, but the rooms are completed and they are lovely! I'd rather have a nice room and crappy hallway than the reverse! The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms have all fridge, microwave, hair dryer, desk and comfortable beds. Since mine was a longer stay - these were nice amenities. The breakfast was even decent - bagels, waffles, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs and cereal. The property is a bit out of town, but the location was convenient for me. I will stay here again when business brings me to Lexington.

Sections of the property that were still undergoing renovations were messy and some of the old parts were just dirty, not from remodeling though. Vending machine on our floor was not working.

Renovations were complete in our room and were very nice. USB ports at every outlet made charging electronics very easy. Everything in our room was clean and in working order. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

I understand the hotel was under construction at the time, but the hallways and exits were pretty dirty and smelled bad. Our room was brand new and very nice but the workmanship is poor. There were some things missing too, a waste basket and packets of sugar and cream for the coffee.

The fridge in the room worked only half the time. But when it did it leaked from the bottom It’s also very dusty and crowded in the hallways right now due to renovations

I didn't like that I couldn't open the windows. I usually like to have fresh air flow through the room.

The shower was cold both mornings. The mattress was broke down and hurt my back . The coffee was more like hot water. We ended up leaving and going to a competitor.

A lot of mold in the shower on the ceiling and bathroom. Cracked paint, looked like maybe drywall cracking. Shower leaked on floor. Smell of smoke was horrible. Room smelled bad. Will not stay there again.
