You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaCleaning in our room horrible. We always check for bed bugs issues etc. In doing so we found the chair in the room has dead bugs and stains underneath the cushion. The cushion itself was notable stained. The floor in many area was damaged or loose. No hair dryer. Areas under the bed and behind has inches of dust. Tge desk chair had several tears in it. The area below the window was covered in bugs. Tge floors were dusty and sticky. We asked house keeping to clean the chair and they didnt. For a Wyndham hotel at 430.00 fir a few days, I expected better
Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Good location for where we needed to be. There was no hair dryer. The front desk clerk helped find one for us. Beds were comfortable.

Clean & comfortable, good breakfast, staff very friendly & helpful. Shuttle to airport was nice for a friend who had to leave early.

United States of AmericaI didn't like that housekeeping came to the room at 830 when checkout is 11. I didn't like someone letting their dog Bark down the hallway at 730 am. I realize the hotel may not have known about the dog but it was annoying anyway.
I like the location and the room was clean. The staff was friendly as well.

United States of AmericaWhen taking a shower the steam set off the smoke detector. Some of the floor tiles weren't glue down and one closet door didn't open.
Everything was great for me and my family. Only one thing I didn't realize it was a dog hotel. Moved from one room to another because of a barking dog in the next room. My wife is pregnant that was another reason. The breakfast and services was excellent. The location was very convenient.

United States of AmericaLive local. Furnace went out and had to have heat. Red Roof Inn charged $150 deposit for being local and then kept half for "Cleaning Fee". NO Issues here! EXCELLENT everything! Oh one thing Breakfast should last until 10AM instead of 9AM.
