Pictures on site weren’t up to date. Devyn place to lay my head but it was not what I thought I was getting. Lights didn’t work, water pressure cut off while I was in the shower.

The fact that the ATT and VXI call center agents continuously refused to abide by systematic policies and procedures, in remaining silent when on the phones/Atmos Cath-o-Dic system in the mod...instead of allowing the emphasis of the RELAY OVER TEXAS RTT TTY Liaison representatives to interpret and translate the conveyances of the messages being formed, as protocol inhibits. This act of misconduct offers the opportunity for chaos and societal dissension to override popular diversions limiting normalcy when it comes to GMPs, as a whole unit.

The fact that the hotel was located at the heart of the downtown district, right alongside the Marsha Sharp Freeway, yet just off of Avenue Q/Hwy 84.

Lots of homeless people. Roaches. Nonsmoking room had been smoked. No toilet paper in the bathroom

Cheap Rooms. Close to Walmart. Easy to get to.

Staff was rude. Did not provide extra towel’s when asked. Room was dirty and run down. No phone in room and light fixtures didn’t work properly. Leaking water from sink. Tv remote didn’t work at all. Wi-Fi was so slow did not connect good if at all. Expensive for the awful experience we had.

It was near a Walmart. AC was decent.

They first gave us a room that was not cleaned then gave us another room the door handle was broken, the tv wasn’t working & there was roaches.

The floor really needs to be shampooed, just vacuuming isn't gonna get it....the pool is outta there, they just need to deep clean the rooms and they'd be alright

Very dirty rooms, staff was OK but not very helpful and it was over run with homeless people in the parking lot.

Not much, room smelled awful and moldy bathroom water was brown and not much water pressure.

Homeless loitering and infact had one yelling at someone over then phone almost all night long. Could not get any sleep. Water pressure in shower was terrible. Bathroom door would not close. Ac struggled. Very warm in the room.

Price was nice considering we had not planned on getting a hotel for this trip. We assumed being downtown it would be safe. Late check out which was great considering we were unable to sleep during the night.

The room stunk and blood on sheets and holes all over walls, lighting in room was terrible, no coffee pot in room,no iron but did have coffee cup and coffee what was the purpose , the air conditioner was so nasty 🤢 i use to be housekeeping assistance for the president of hotel ,motel association in Lubbock Mr Myer so i know how to look for when inspecting a room

Utterly filthy. Small cockroaches in the room, cigarette holes in the sheets, a cigarette in the AC unit, and there was hair and sticky spots all over the bathroom.

The location is in a bad part of town, homeless roam the arrea and facility at all times. Homeless leave piles of trash outside.

The only thing I liked was the cold ac.

Dirty towels, no service, TV didn't work, bathroom in room was dirty and I reserved a non smoking but got smoking. Made aware of the situation to front desk but didn't do nothing about it.

The outlets weren’t working & it smelt like dog sh** outside.

The outlets don’t work , the fridge wasn’t working , the cable wasn’t working so they moved us to another room. The 2nd room the cable kept going off , the outlets weren’t working.

there was empty containers and paint stuff along with someone used the restroom all the light bulbs but one were out the door to the other room wouldn’t lock

There was holes in the wall in the bathroom. There were 2 light switches that didn’t work because the bulbs for them were missing. The only light we had was by lamp. The bathroom lights would flicker then turn off. There were stains on the bed (mattress & sheets), towels & bathtub/ shower. The pool was closed without any prior notice given. The tenants were kind of sketchy, lots of honking outside late at night. The person who checked us in was kind of stand off ish & abrasive or seemed like in a hurry.

The bed was comfortable & the TV worked nice.
