Cleaner bathrooms

We were four people at the room and they just gave us 4 towels. We went in the morning to get two more and they didn’t give them to us so we needed to share. They said that during the day they will put the remaining two in our room but never did. Breakfast was very poor and crowded.

The location was great, far enough from the French quarter so there was not too much noise and we could sleep but at the same time close enough for just a 10 min walk

Room service was horrible I called front desk maybe 4 times and ask for clean towels and sheets and I didn’t receive either of what I ask for

I wish there was more hot food for breakfast, there was only waffles and sausages. And there was no room service or cleaners. The hotel damage deposit is also very high.

Even though we knew the room wouldn’t be attended to daily, fresh towels daily is important to us during any hotel stay and we were surprised we had to ask and wait for them each day. Thats the only thing we would change.

We were warmly welcomed, it was clean and attractively decorated, SO close to the French Quarter and affordable. We will stay here again and can’t wait to go back to NOLA!

I didn't like the bathroom or beds.

The location was great and the Cafe across the street had good food for either breakfast or lunch.

Room facilities were poor, no safe to lock away valuables and we were not a fan of the polystyrene disposal coffee cups they provided in the room. Breakfast was reasonable but basic. Hotel overall was tired and cleanliness was lacking as we had dusty surfaces in our room on arrival. Also be warned they don’t service rooms every day. Staff and customer service were poor. Often when talking to staff they would pick up the phone in the middle of your transaction or start dealing with someone else. This came across as unprofessional and actually quite rude. We were in town for the Jazz Festival and this hotel cost twice the price it would have normally been so value for money it was not. Would not recommend this hotel if staying in New Orleans.

The bathroom. the toilet was too low. the mattress was too hard and the pillows were offer.

The Hotel was downtown where I wanted to be this was good, but the staff was not very friendly, and the female on duty never greeted us. The bed was OK but no one came by to offer any clean towels during our total stay, and Handicapped accessibility was terrible, the toilet was too low to the floor and the tub was too high for me to step over, they did have a rail on the bathtub wall.

The person that checked me in he was great - he accommodated me well - I asked if I can have a late check out and he said yes that it would be no problem but to ask the morning shift clerk - I did wake up and I did ask the morning staff clerk but she was not able to let me have a late check out - I informed her the the night clerk said it wouldn’t be a problem but she had a problem with me asking and did not accommodate - so yeah

Several of the outlets in the room didn't work so I had to move the plugs for the appliances to get them working. This included the fridge which wasn't running when I checked in. I had to move a big piece of furniture to correct this.

The air conditioning doesn’t work right in 1004 , the tables and dressers were all scratched up and both headboards were all stained up as if soda or something was splashed on them and never cleaned off. Housekeeping wasn’t friendly at all. You had to ask them two or three times for them to respond and the front desk the manager, the guy he’s gonna bring that business all the way down he has an attitude out of this world. I mean he would take it from 100 to 300 just like that.

The elevator button got broken one night but was quickly repaired, the room wasn’t cleaned in the three nights but I didn’t care, noise from the hallways made it into the room but it didn’t keep me awake

Room was not 100% clean floors needed a good clean, fridge was noisy and didn't work, no shower curtain so floor is saturated in bathroom and toilet is low to the ground

Central to everything and staff are helpful and friendly, beds were super soft and comfortable, shower was hot, toiletries supplied, fridge was not working but ice is available, free breakfast daily

The first room I was provided was flooded. The second room was right by the elevator and I'm a light sleeper so I could hear everything.

The bed was comfortable. The water was hot. I only needed the room for showering and sleep.
