The person that checked me in he was great - he accommodated me well - I asked if I can have a late check out and he said yes that it would be no problem but to ask the morning shift clerk - I did wake up and I did ask the morning staff clerk but she was not able to let me have a late check out - I informed her the the night clerk said it wouldn’t be a problem but she had a problem with me asking and did not accommodate - so yeah

Several of the outlets in the room didn't work so I had to move the plugs for the appliances to get them working. This included the fridge which wasn't running when I checked in. I had to move a big piece of furniture to correct this.

The air conditioning doesn’t work right in 1004 , the tables and dressers were all scratched up and both headboards were all stained up as if soda or something was splashed on them and never cleaned off. Housekeeping wasn’t friendly at all. You had to ask them two or three times for them to respond and the front desk the manager, the guy he’s gonna bring that business all the way down he has an attitude out of this world. I mean he would take it from 100 to 300 just like that.

The elevator button got broken one night but was quickly repaired, the room wasn’t cleaned in the three nights but I didn’t care, noise from the hallways made it into the room but it didn’t keep me awake

Room was not 100% clean floors needed a good clean, fridge was noisy and didn't work, no shower curtain so floor is saturated in bathroom and toilet is low to the ground

Central to everything and staff are helpful and friendly, beds were super soft and comfortable, shower was hot, toiletries supplied, fridge was not working but ice is available, free breakfast daily

The first room I was provided was flooded. The second room was right by the elevator and I'm a light sleeper so I could hear everything.

The bed was comfortable. The water was hot. I only needed the room for showering and sleep.

Arrived and were told they were sold out, despite having a booked confirmation. Eventually they “found” a room, but we were sent to an already occupied room! Finally found a room an hour later. Breakfast is very limited.

Not enough lighting in the room and front desk staff we usually hanging out in the side table area instead of being at the front desk because whenever I called there was no answer. I requested for an iron and it never came and ny day 3 we never got our room cleaned so we had to request for the trash to be taken and to refill out toilet paper.

Breakfast was provided. Location is walking distance to Canal street which is the cleaner area downtown.

Beside some jackass pulling the smoking and triggered the fire alarm, everything was great.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

Our room was hot, it did not cool for the 2 days we were there. The hallway was nice and cool but not the rooms. The parking was not good. We had to park in a garage and walk to hotel. Parking garage cost $40 per day and our car was broken into and items stolen.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great. The bartender was awesome.

The Wifi was lacking. Couldn't get a good signal unless you were in the lobby. The continental breakfast was ok. There could be some improvements. Muffins, yogurt would be a good addition, scrambled eggs instead of boiled

The location was great, close to Canal Street. Easy access to transit. I like that there was a pool and gym but they need some TLC
