We didn't like the fact that we had to schedule to have our room cleaned. I had to ask for clean towels. The second thing I didn't like was the fact that we could not stay for one extra hour after the normal checkout as we were then going to a condo which we rented for a week. We do understand that you have to clean but ... we found something else to do.

The room was large which was good as we were there for 3 nights. It was a perfect location as we had family staying at Seagull Villas at the same time. 5 minutes away. The first girl on the desk was very personable and lovely. There was one other that was very nice as well as the manager who we met a couple of times.

Room was dirty, floor , lamps carpet and toilet were all dirty. Am old sick left in the room with trash. The first 15 mins my g family feet were black from walking on the floor in the room.

Personally the wifi was one thing that I did Not like because it was very slow.

I liked the beach area nearby like 12 min away. In the room I liked that they provided some breakfast which was nice. I liked that when we asked for new sheets there was no hesitation to help us and that was very kind and nice.

The light on the mirror kept dying and coming back on. Could not turn the TV on due to the TV remote not working at all in Room 305. The room also smelled musty, and the air conditioner needs to be cleaned properly and thoroughly.

I liked that the hotel was cleaned, check in was quick and easy, along with the location being very convenient.

Yet another hotel whose need for facility repairs and updating suggests they'll need high prices in the future in order to afford the necessary staff.

When the air conditioner in my room failed to work, I was moved to a superior room.

Didn’t know there would be a charge for our dog until we got there, phone in room didn’t work. Housekeeping did not clean our room or give clean towels. There were 2 towels in the room and they did not want to get me more even though there were 5 of us registered in the room. When didn’t give us clean towels, I asked for clean towels, I had a hard time getting what I needed. The Manager on Duty when we arrived at 4:00pm on Tuesday March 26. Was rude and unhelpful. I would wait for hours so that I could talk to someone different. The male housekeepers were decent but the female one that I spoke with was just as rude as the Manager on duty! Never enough food for the breakfast and we got there usually by 7:30 AM. Had to beg for Milk for my granddaughter to have cereal. The person setting up for breakfast for the following morning on Tuesday evening was the best employee that I saw. She was helpful, kind, and helped me out so that I could feed my grandchildren pizza for dinner Tuesday evening. I asked her if I could get some napkins for the pizza and she also offered me paper plates. That may not seem like much but it was so nice to not have to beg for assistance and for her warmth and smile.

Staff wasn't very friendly. Seemed more like I was an annoyance for not knowing my licences plate. When I asked about my room she was just as if I should know where everything was. The shower in our room was horrible. Only took one the whole time I was there. Rusted towel racks and shower handle didn't even work. Could t get hot water and the ada shower handle would not turn off because the switch it broke on the wall. Bedding is just basically a sheet and curtain wall mounts are falling off. Beds are very stiff and furniture is very much in need of repair.

The location was great. The hotel itself is well maintained and all facilities were nicely kept. The fitness room is nice and they do have a free breakfast.
