Room floor was super dirty. Bed was comfortable but the frame was too small for the bed size. Sheets had a lot of stains. Breakfast was not that good.

Seems this hotel has.permanent tenants. It was not a good place for our grandsons who also stayed with our daughter there. The pool was also dirty

I didn't like AT ALL that the only way to control the TV on and off was by a switch at the front door. The power and volume buttons on the remote didn't work. If you turned off the switch for light the TV goes off.

The housekeeping staff didn't clean worth a dam then the floor was so dirty i had to take a towel to wipe it just to walk without socks. Breakfast only contains waffle and toast no eggs or anything .

The room was filthy the bathroom the bath was peeling it was dirty, ants was crawling on me at night and cockroach . And one of my kids got bitten look like bedbugs.

They have it advertised on there page that they have a family room with a king bed, 2 queen beds a d a sofa bed, so I took and made a reservation based on those available beds.when I got into the room the sofa bed was not in there, they said the took it out even though it was posted on there room description.

Breakfast facilities were messy & limited options, not what was listed on website. The area was right in the middle of all the freeway construction going on so a little difficult to get to the hotel. The room was ok, the beds were clean, the shower was janky & there were little bugs walking around on the floor

That the gentleman were rude. On 2 separate occasions my family went to breakfast. Ist my daughter's they were stared down and then asked what room they were in. Without my husband not even being aware that happened. He went to breakfast a couple days later and in a dining area full of guest the front desk gentleman came and asked him his room and did he belong there. We had been there 5 days. They watched us everyday. When asked why was he the only one confronted in the room full of guest he stated they get homeless people. We do not appear homeless but we're the only black people in there. There were even guest offended.

Staff Jackie was very helpful and friendly. After hearing me complain about staying for a week and housekeeping never came or gave towels when I asked. She helped me out with towels and linen.

The sheets weren’t cleaned well, there were stains on the bed sheets both - the duve, the comforter, off white, stains on the chair near the desk, the refrigerator was not cold enough, it was set to high and in the particular room we were in there was a bump on the floor and tripped a couple times.

Wasn’t bad but I have been in a couple hotels for the same value like this that are cleaner.Room had a strange smell and they weren’t cleaned that well wasn’t horrible but also not pleasant.Area is good calm and quiet just needs to be cleaner.
